I watched Stripes again the first year I was in Korea. At that time I worked at a hagwon. The ESL scene was too close for comfort. LOL.
Every time I take a deposition, there is a point where I need to ask the standard question of whether the deponent has ever been convicted of a felony.
And every time, I secretly hope the deponent will screw up the courage to quote that great line from “Stripes,” spoken by Bill Murray but written by Harold Ramis:
“Convicted? No, never convicted.”
