Brit messes with Chinese woman, gets group beat-down in Beijing

According to the Herald Gyeongje, there’s a video going around Chinese cyberspace of some foreign dude—a Brit, reportedly—getting beaten unconscious by a Chinese crowd after he tried to sexually assault a Chinese woman.

And here be the video—not much beating shown, but the result is pretty clear:

    Fake!

He had the chance to run and he should have taken it…even if he beat the first guy more would jump him. Your chances of winning a fight on a dark street against a local in a foreign country are nil.

PRChinese men are total pussies one on one.

If he was trying to rape her I don’t care if the Chinese guys were cowards or not by ganging up on him, if the footage is real and he was trying to assault her, he got what he deserved. Saying that it doesn’t look very convincing, it looks staged (badly).

  • slim

Agree with Keith@5. The guy looks like a “Brit” from South Asia.

Trouble with incidents like these is that truth is always the first casualty of practically every human interaction in China. Courts, police, media — not a shred of integrity.

  • Creo69

That is a good site… They actually have some images of Mitt Romney manhandling that gay guy back in his high school days…I’d say Mitts got some “splainin” to do.

Who gives a fuck ? Are you guys going to pick the “Leader of the Free world” based on their high-school days ?

    PS

I’d say the same if it was a Dem female candidate caught partying around in college

Gotta say not very convincing. Where is he apparently trying to rape her? Who would try and rape a woman beside a busy highway?

  • Creo69

” Who gives a fuck ? Are you guys going to pick the “Leader of the Free world” based on their high-school days ?”

As you a said, he is trying to become the President of the United States. He committed a brutal assualt upon another person. Had the other person pressed charges there were enough witnesses (Mitt’s own friends are now coming forward) to convict him. Had that happened he would not even be eligible to become president.

More importantly, he committed a brutal assualt upon another person and said he did not recall the incident occuring. That is a lie. This man has problems that make him unsuitable for the highest political office of the United States and we should not lower the bar one inch.

Those of you who say it’s fake have not seen the video up to the 2 min mark. At about 1:58, one of the guys runs up to the Brit on the floor and pelts him on the face and stomps on his abdomen. The hits seem real. The reaction? Absolutely none; the guy on the floor is definitely knocked the f*ck out.

But, as I have noted before, and I’d hate to make any generalization, but you don’t want to mess with the Chinese. If you think Korean ethnocentricism is bad, you haven’t seen the vicious Han hoard in action. No punches pulled. When you hear the Manchu garble, be afraid. The humanity and moral decency of such folk ends precisely where their skin ends.

I just find the beginning to raise a lot of questions. Just really doesn’t make sense.

One time this video’d gotten viral, but no wonder netizen’d call youtube a “japtubue”; many Japan-discracing videos often get deleted. This one survived: Tokyo subway incidence

This by far my fave one in the genre:

The current POTUS admitted to using coke quite a few times in his youth. Had he been caught and arrested, he would NOT been able to hold office.

No seriously can we just move the fuck on the “You did this in HS, you did that in college” phase ?

I don’t think the myriads of unemployed, underemployed, overworked, bankrupted, worried etc. etc. people really give a fuck

  • Creo69

” No seriously can we just move the fuck on the “You did this in HS, you did that in college” phase ?”

No…actually we can’t. Had you read my post you would have noticed the part where I mentioned Mitt Romney claims he does not remember this violent assualt. That is a lie. He did not state that lie in the past, he is currently stating that is his position. If you want a liar for your President that is your elective. Most Americans would prefer to vote for someone who is not getting tangled up in lies before they are even in office.

And, if he truly does not remember this event. Why the hell did he apologize for it (and by doing so admitt it occured…even though he claims he can’t remember violently assualting a fellow student)?

In the future will he just accept blame for anything anyone says about his past and apologize? Even when can’t recall the event occuring? Personally, I would fight for my reputation and as an American I want a President who has the backbone to do the same for himself. Or, maybe he just doesn’t view assualt as something serious.

  • Creo69

Watch this video at about a minute and twenty nine seconds in…Mitt Romney says he does not recall this event.

    http://landing.newsinc.com/shared/video.html?freewheel=90962&sitesection=csmonitor&VID=23622386

As for Obama’s drug use, it was laid out in black and white in a book he wrote in 1995. It was on the table yearssss before he ran for ANY political office and he never denied it, lied about it or said he didn’t “recall it.”

  • kcbill06

Creo69, I can’t think of a U.S. President in recent or past history that hasn’t lied or covered up something in their past. Perhaps Washington could meet your standard, but I doubt it.

  • feld_dog

What Romney did shouldn’t be thought of as an assault. He was just practicing what he would later be doing at Bain Capital: making acquistions, and then reorganizing and streamlining his acquisitions so that they could be more competitive and successsful.

If you are fine with what Romney has said and done, then vote for him. Personally, I will go with a different option.

This has turned funny. So, a guy who tripled the debt we enjoyed under Dubya and brought us a AA rating in the process, and who probably has all sorts of secrets we don’t know about, is more worthy than a guy who cut someone’s hair in high school? Kinda tough when you can’t campaign on some vague “hopenchange” any more, innit?

Is there more to the story…did I miss something?

I heard Mitt and some buddies pulled a sophomoric high school prank by holding a guy down and cutting his hair off against his will. Did they also kick him in the head? Kick him in the nuts? Throw bricks at him?

Where’s the brutality about which you speak?

  • Railwaycharm

@#23 What option is that, more hope and change? I love it when people can’t admit to their poor choice of voting for Obie the America hater……….
