On the Kiddie-Fiddling NSET Front…

The police arrested a 24-year-old American English teacher for sexually harassing a 12 year old boy in a public bath in Busan. The suspect allegedly grabbed the boy’s thigh and genital, and put his genital near the boy’s mouth.

The suspect apparently claimed that he mistook the public bath for a gay bar, and approached the boy because the boy was smiling at him. Not much more detail is available at this point, but it is worth mentioning that that the incident happened around 7:30 in the morning.

  • CactusMcHarris

Because you always want to give oral satisfaction to a smiling boy at the baths?

  • cm

“The suspect apparently claimed that he mistook the public bath for a gay bar, and approached the boy because the boy was smiling at him. ”

Proof, why you shouldn’t allow foreigners into bath houses. They just don’t know what the rules and customs are.

    I’m just kidding.

  • Robin Hedge

    Omg wtf?

  • YangachiBastardo

    I’m just kidding.

But you’re not far from the truth

    Do gay bars have showers?

The bathhouse owner might consider hanging the following signs:

“This is NOT a gay bar.”

    “Smile at your own risk!”

    “Watch out of pointy objects!”

I’m confused. Are all Korean “comedians” and “rockers” gay? Or is it that the folks who cut their hair and buy their clothing are?

  • jk6411

    setnaffa,

There are very few gays in Korea.
That’s why Korean gag men can dress like women and act gay on TV without ever being suspected of being gay.
    (Male K-pop idols as well.)

Btw, I think Korean make-up artists and costume designers are mostly women..

  • dokdoforever

Complete BS excuse – the kid was 12 years old regardless of what type of bath it was.

  • bumfromkorea

    @dokdoforever

My thoughts exactly. Was this 12 year old an extremely old-looking 12 year old?

    @jk6411
Just because the society has driven them underground/in the closet doesn’t mean they exist only in small numbers. Hopefully that will change soon – there are signs in the younger generations that changes are coming.

  • aaronm

    @jk6411

    “Nothing scarier than aggressive gays”

So you think a young female victim of sexual harrassment is going to be less traumatized by the encounter?

Cue all manner of folksy, homespun bollox about the nature of gay men.

  • jk6411

Just because the society has driven them underground/in the closet doesn’t mean they exist only in small numbers. Hopefully that will change soon – there are signs in the younger generations that changes are coming.

If they’re gonna assault young boys at public baths, then I’d rather that they stayed in the closet forever.

  • http://vmphotography.com.au hoju_saram

A gay Korean guy tried to crack onto me in a bathhouse once. He sidled up to me when I was buck naked and whispered in my ear, “You are very handsome”. I mustn’t have been forceful enough when I told him to hop on his bike, because he proceeded to do some fairly outrageous nude yoga moves about a foot away from me. I considered beating him up, but all I could see was his glistening ass and I wasn’t sure how to go about assaulting him. I was also mindful of the fact that the rest of my football team was due to arrive from the downstairs bar at any moment, and I didn’t want to end up wrestling the gay man on the soapy floor when they walked in. So when he stood up and punched my fist in my hand in front of his face and barked something at him and he fled in the sort of prancing way only gay men can.

Of course, I wasn’t 12, and he didn’t put his peewee anywhere near me, but it was still quite the shock.

  • cm

    Homophobia at its finest moment.

  • bumfromkorea

If they’re gonna assault young boys at public baths, then I’d rather that they stayed in the closet forever.

So your reaction to young girls being molested by straight guys is “Fucking straight people… Why are they even allowed to live openly in our society?”?

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

It’s a strange weekend when one wakes up and the first things they read in the news is this type of stuff…

my mind has had so many pictures flash across my imagination…

a 12 y.o. Korean boy scrubbing up in the sauna early in the morning, about to start middle school this year…

a 24 y.o. gay American male, one year out of university, who took the flight 11 months ago from the states to Korea for a working-holiday to pay off student loans, with one month to go before he gets his 12 month-bonus,
ends up in a sauna at 7am thinking it is a gay bar… and can’t resist touching what looks like one of his students in the pool..

these stories shouldn’t be posted first thing in the morning.

if their ages are correct (western age) then they are both Year of the Rabbit (turned 12 & 24 y.o. in 2011)

  • http://rjkoehler.com Robert Koehler

I’ve posted many a “stupid foreigner trick” over the years, but this one might take the cake.

    Holy effing shit.

Thought the police official quoted in one of the stories was rather generous, too:

경찰 관계자는 “A 씨는 게이는 아니지만 범행 당시 많이 취해 사리판단을 제대로 못한 것 같다”면서 “대중목욕탕 문화가 흔하지 않은 미국과의 문화 차이로 인한 혼동도 A 씨가 범행을 저지른 이유”라고 말했다.

  • jk6411

    @bumfromkorea

I never said I condoned young girls being molested by straight guys.
Pedophilia in any form is abominable.
But I think homosexual pedophilia is more shocking than heterosexual one.

Just look at the absolute horror that the Jerry Sandusky (Penn State) incident has evoked in the American public.

  • Koreansentry

This make my day, most funniest thread for this month. Do gays always act like that? pulling out their genital just because they think other person will like it? If this is true then gays do have psycho problem. If I saw a white girl in U.S and she smiled at me, should I approach her and pull my genital front of her? lol

  • dogbertt

@21: No, if you see a white girl in the U.S. and she smiles at me, you first pull out your _wallet_ in front of her, remove $3,000 and hand it to her and _then_ pull your genital [sic][k]] in front of her.

Then her smile turns to laughter and she strolls off with your money.

  • dokdoforever

The guy claims that misunderstanding the ‘culture of the public bath’ led him to sexually assault the 12 year old, as if his own culture condones that type of behavior. It’s lame how people try to use cultural difference as a cover for inappropriate acts.

  • Sonagi

Your genital? Do you suffer from cryptorchidism?

  • Sonagi

BTW, Koreansentry, apparently heterosexual men of all ethnicities and nationalities have been known to pull out their junk on unsuspecting ladies and girls in public. I’ve encountered such exhibitionists in the US, Korea, and Malaysia. A female friend was accosted on a Seoul university campus by a Korean man wearing nothing but a brassiere. We surmised that perhaps the man had witnessed something as a boy that imprinted him for life. My experience in Korea was also on a university campus but was merely a garden-variety one-handed fapping while seated on a bench.

  • YangachiBastardo

But I think homosexual pedophilia is more shocking than heterosexual one

That’s a bizarre concept, if there ever was one

#20 Pedophilia is a psychiatric disorder and has nothing to do with homosexuality. There is no indication that Sandusky is attracted to adult men. He was married and has children with a woman.

  • jkitchstk

    “On the Kiddie-Fiddling NSET Front…”

Since when was there an “NSET Kiddie-Fiddling front?”

  • Hamilton

“Pedophilia is a psychiatric disorder and has nothing to do with homosexuality.”

It does if the victim and criminal are the same sex. Sexual attraction to the same sex is homosexuality it doesn’t have an age limit or geographic one.

I have no problem with homosexuals but the agenda they drive at times is too much for logic to take. The gay community just doesn’t want to take responsibility for criminals/psychologically disturbed members of their community. Every community has them.

Lots of gay people are married to the opposite sex and have children by the way

This is similar to the “Gay men don’t find straight men attractive and won’t hit on them” lie.

  • jkitchstk

Korean bathhouses have been under-fire. “Foreigners” have died in them and most recently those in Busan have been for not allowing “foreigners(an attractive female married to a Korean man)” to enter. I see this as a contrived story to give Busan bathhouses justification for banning attractive “foreign” females.

Um, given what he’s told police, it doesn’t look especially contrived.

BTW, the guy was booked without detention. I’d almost say that was dangerously irresponsible, given that the guy tried to put his schlong in a 12-year-old’s mouth. One can only pray he doesn’t teach children.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

the fact that he is 24 y.o. and going into a sauna/bathhouse at 7am – looking for somewhere to play after a night out drinking excessively in the town – means he probably is a teacher.

(yes I know, nowhere says he was intoxicated or had been drinking – but I doubt males do this kind off thing in a public sauna sober).

Lots of gay people are married to the opposite sex and have children by the way

    *especially in Korea.

You ought to be happy for the 33 since the last 19 posts on this page haven’t reached 30 comments. Ooops, there is one but that was yesterday and it now has less comments.

  • http://rjkoehler.com Robert Koehler

Just wanted to note that I’m not completely free from blame here.

As the cops noted, cultural confusion—America doesn’t have much of a public bath culture—may have played a role.

Sadly, nowhere in my Seoul guidebook does it point out that American visitors should NOT stick their cocks in the mouths of 12 year olds at the bathhouse.

I take full responsibility, and will make sure future editions of my book include this information so that unfortunate misunderstandings like this can be avoided.

  • jk6411

most recently those in Busan have been [under pressure] for not allowing “foreigners(an attractive female married to a Korean man)” to enter.

Apparently in that particular part of Busan there are a lot of foreigners and there are a lot of foreign women working as prostitutes.
The bathhouse owners didn’t want the foreign prostitutes to come to the baths, fearing STD’s. But unfortunately it’s kind of hard to tell prostitutes and regular women apart.

    Oh, the pains of globalization.

Disgusting. Sometimes even someone you don’t like or don’t find attractive asking for a mere hug can feel very icky.

That said, I’m obliged to sublimate this subject into something more palatable to me… like the thought of an attractive lady thrusting her lady bits toward my face in public. I might have to sue her for harassment, but I’m not sure I’d feel violated.

Compulsory playing of show tunes all day?
    A tastefully flamboyant dress code?
Mandating shopping for soft furnishings as the national pastime?
Free waxing clinics on every corner?

Obviously. Even as a PFLAG type I’ve been cut out of the loop. Please share what you know.

public parking lots near kids http://www.nytimes.com/2005/09/21/nyregion/21cruise.html

There is a narrow parking lot in Cunningham Park in Queens surrounded by playing fields for adult softball and youth soccer and baseball. At one end of the lot, retirees arrive to practice their golf and mothers in minivans gather to wait for their Little Leaguers.

The other end is popular with another set with a much lower profile in this suburban setting: gay men cruising for sex. Their playing field is the parking lot itself and the goal is a sexual encounter, usually quick and anonymous.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

24 year olds behaving badly abroad
    or
    Americans behaving badly abroad…

the African-American who assaulted the elderly Korean man on the bus was also 24 years old.

    well… the Busan 24y.o. won’t get off as lightly…

the 12y.o. Korean boys family are sure to get a cash pay-out to settle this (as what usually happens in Korean sexual harassment cases) and the FBI will be at the airport in the USA to greet this 24 y.o. as they are extremely interested in meeting Americans who travel abroad and inappropriately touch persons under the age of 16 years.

Perhaps some time spent in an American prison and then tagged as an unemployable sex-0ffender for life will make his family happy.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

    #JD

This is the worst part of the story you provided

The parking lot in Queens seems to be especially popular with men who lead ostensibly heterosexual lives but show up for sex because it is quick, easy to get and secretive, regulars say…..

“The vast majority of men who come here are married,” said one longtime parking lot user,

“I can’t tell you how many guys I’ve had here who were wearing wedding bands, with baby seats in the car and all kinds of kids’ toys on the floor. It’s on their way home and they don’t have to get involved in a relationship or any gay lifestyle or social circles. They don’t even have to buy anyone a drink or be seen in a gay bar. They just tell the wife, ‘Honey, I’ll be home an hour late tonight.’ ”

Regulars say that the married men enjoy the risk and recklessness of semipublic sex, which usually means receiving oral sex in their cars or having other sexual encounters in the woods nearby

  • Jashin Densetsu

the worst part of the story is that there’s no mention of the NYPD bro. they should be there cracking heads and shutting it down.

  • Creo69

    Jashin…

The worst part of your story..and your post… is the fact that there is no mention of the scope of the hetrosexual prostitution problem that plauges every city throuout the world. Find me a city and I can find you the street that hetros agressively cruise every night of the week in pursuit of sex outside of their marriages.

These areas are almost always far more publid than a park parking lot.

    #53,

    That’s quite interesting though.
I’ve been hearing more about these kinds of things in the news.

Why are all these married men seeking homosexual encounters?
If they got married and have kids, they’re clearly heterosexual.
Clearly they’ve had plenty of heterosexual sex. Clearly they weren’t born homosexual.

Are they experimenting with homosexuality because they’re bored with their sex lives? Is it a form of sexual perversion?
    What’s driving this behavior?

  • jk6411

    #46,
Who said all homosexuals are pedophiles? (though they may be, who knows.. are you suggesting that they are?)
Who said homosexuals are more aggressive then hetero’s?
(again, maybe they are. I don’t know.)

Why are you calling someone “an insecure hetero”?
(How should he have reacted, then? Should he have started ballet dancing with the gay Korean guy at the bath?)

  • Creo69

As for your belief that any man who is married must be heterosexual (because he has had heterosexual sex), all I can say is it is somewhat charming because I really can’t believe there is someone so blissfully ignorant in this day and age.

It is difficult to figure how a sex crazy homosexual could exist in a marriage to a woman but when you look at it from the reality that there are many sexless marriages (including ones between genuine heterosexuals) it isn’t difficult to imaging how a gay man could be married to a woman, especially when you consider the social rewards for a gay man to marry were significant in the past. Less so today however in developed countries.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

12 y.o.’s (and a little younger) in public saunas is a common thing – especially during winter.

The parents want to save on gas/heating bills in the apartment and send their kids of to the sauna, because its cheaper than always having the water heated in the apartment.

Also at that age (kid is about to begin middle school) the boy wants privacy from his younger siblings whilst bathing and from his mothers eyes (the mother often uses the toilet – which is in the bathroom in Korean apartments) and the boy has decided he would rather wash in a sauna than have his mother coming into the bathroom whilst he is bathing.

Its quite common for Korean teens to use the sauna when they begin to hit puberty – especially early mornings.

    Let me reply by saying:

    (1) Even if YOU were gay, you wouldn’t know everything about gays either, because not all gays are the same as each other – they also have different preferences and behaviour.

    (2) Even if YOU were Korean, you wouldn’t know everything about Koreans either, because not all Koreans are the same as each other – they also have different preferences and behaviour.

so, are you saying that people who are NOT gay and NOT Korean are NOT allowed to say anything – based on our own status, experience and knowledge?

p.s. – You also don’t know who is gay or not, and who is Korean or not from all the people who commented on this thread.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

so, are you saying that people who are NOT gay and NOT Korean are NOT allowed to say anything – based on our own status, experience and knowledge?

No, I’m saying that people who do NOT know a whole lot about any given topic should refrain from saying much.

  • Arghaeri

Since you are the only one who knows a whole lot about anything, what are the rest of us supposed to talk about :-)

After all you have little first hand experience of . . . Korea

    You’re funny.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

and…. what authority do you have to judge whether a person holds a whole lot of knowledge about any given topic?

as I said, you could be a Korean gay male – and still not know everything about Koreans or gay males – as Koreans are all different and gay males are all different.

    or

you could be a hetero American male – and still not know everything about American people or hetero males – as Americans are all different and hetero males are all different.

what makes you the one to establish whether a person knows a lot or not?

what you should have said is “stop stereotyping gays as all gays are different” which has already been said in comments earlier in the thread.

Huh? I thought it was the other way around: your hand making love to you.

Anyways, I’m still confused. If there’s not much pressure for men to get married these days, why do gay men still marry women and have kids? And then seek out other men for sex?

  • Arghaeri

    TYOTD, (AG)

Very interesting, you do indeed appear to be reading correctly. Being propositioned is apparently an act of provocation in Queensland. Provocation is usually only a partial defence under common law allowing the offence to be downgraded to manslaughter, but it does appear a couple of states in OZ msy allow it as a complete defence under their criminal code. Very interesting and thoroughly stupid.

  • Arghaeri

Will have to read up more…

If there’s not much pressure for men to get married these days, why do gay men still marry women and have kids?

I think some guys don’t want to admit to themselves that they’re gay until they’re a little further along in life. We had a guy when I was in law school who decided at age 30 that he was gay, and he was already married at the time; I found it pretty strange myself, but we weren’t friends so I didn’t ask a lot about the whole Why’dja get married to a lady, bro? thing.

  • Koreansentry

I can’t believe you sick guys are okay with this bastard’s behavior, puling his genital front of boy’s face, ugh that’s very low and dirty, and some of you thinks it’s okay it’s Korea.

  • Jashin Densetsu

    hoju,

if that happens you should go to a secure facility and wash yourself thoroughly and then get some antibiotics bro. there’s probably a good chance that that guy had been there before and that kind of business had gone down before.

    re# 21 & #91

This make my day, most funniest thread for this month. Do gays always act like that? pulling out their genital just because they think other person will like it? If this is true then gays do have psycho problem. If I saw a white girl in U.S and she smiled at me, should I approach her and pull my genital front of her? lol

Have you been sleeping all weekend?

please do tell us, who said it was OK?

  • jkitchstk

The simple Korean can’t even answer the simple question I asked a long time ago.
See # 31, even though The Korean would rather ignore it.

It’s also not OK that thekorean and some of these commenters think “genitals” are singular. They’re not. Genitals are always plural, like pants.

  • Chingis Haan

Good language lesson, Brendon. ‘Genitals’ and ‘Genitalia’ are both plural words. ‘Genital’ is an adjective, think ‘genital warts’.

    jk6411 ….
“Anyways, I’m still confused. If there’s not much pressure for men to get married these days, why do gay men still marry women and have kids? And then seek out other men for sex?”

Who says these men are gay? You obviously believe gay people exist so can you accept the concept of bisexuality. All men like women…women like men. Gays are proof that this is false…if gays exist why can’t bisexuals.

I am always amazed at how people believe sexuality is so clear cut (all men like women…women like men). Each human is a complex combination of characteristics and no two of us our alike. But, all males have the same sexual desire and all females have the same desires? There are only two options…this defies common sense.

And in all honesty, I believe the number of “gay” men who marry (in developed countries) is very, very small in this day and age. Maybe there are a few who are able to remain in denial until after they marry or maybe there are a few who marry because of very deep religious beliefs …. but I doubt there are many.

In Korea there are still significant social rewards for gays to marry. I have been here nearly a decade now and never met a gay guy who had any plans to marry to keep mommy happy. They just keep the hope alive and mom leaves them alone. Some of my friends have been doing this for a decade now and are in their early forties. Are there gay Koreans out there in their 50′s, 60′s, 70′s + who are married…yeh, I have met plenty. In their day and age they really had no choice and did what they had to do to exist during that era in Korea.

  • http://vmphotography.com.au hoju_saram

I heard it is still a justifiable defense ( justifiable homicide) to kill a gay person who propositions you in Australia.

You heard wrong. Provocation is a defence in the UK, Canada and Australia only for some murder charges, and if used successfully the charge can be downgraded from murder to manslaughter. However, there have only been two cases where it ever has been used successfully to reduce sentence length, both involving paedophile victims who were sexually assaulted by an adult male and responding by bashing them. There has since been a public campaign to outlaw the provocation defence entirely.

  • http://vmphotography.com.au hoju_saram

I wondered if those words had ever been typed in that permutation before, so I googled it, and found nothing. You may have been the first to say it!

It’s also not OK that thekorean and some of these commenters think “genitals” are singular. They’re not. Genitals are always plural, like pants.

I blame the Internet for turning everyone into perverts.
There’s so much porn out there, porn of all sorts.
It’s corrupting children from a very young age. Each year the ages of sex assault perpetrators are getting lower and lower. (Even in Korea, which used to be one of the most sexually conservative countries in the world.)

I remember when I was little, American children used to go trick-or-treating on their own on Halloween, even late into the evening.
Such a thing is not imaginable any more. Too many sickos out there.

Straight porn, gay porn, child porn.
I think the two latter are especially harmful.
Before, they were hard to get a hold of. Now, it’s readily available on the Web. This is causing more and more people to take an interest in these subjects.

Human beings are learning creatures. We learn from what we see. We imitate.
If one keeps watching sick porn, first of all he/she becomes used to it (he’s no longer shocked by it). Then he’s more likely to think about it and daydream about it. Then he will be tempted to do it in real life.

I think the prevalence of weird porn on the web is causing more and more people to question their sexualities and to view people and things which should be of no sexual interest to them (such as members of their own sex, children, animals) in a sexual light.

I like the internet. But it’s turning everyone into perverts.
The whole world is turning into ancient Rome. boohoo

  • babotaengi

Monkey see, monkey do? Speak for yourself, rock ape. If I see sick shit, I say, “Urgh, that’s some sick shit!” and turn it off? Child porn is as readily available as straight and gay porn? How do you know this? Have you been looking for child porn on the Internet? Why are you looking for child porn, or any porn for that matter, on the Internet? Ive you don’t ork for Interpol, I think you have a problem. Don’t you know that it is illegal to look for child porn on the Internet? I suggest that you stick to the much more legal and readily available gay porn you’ve apparently been “researching”.

Because you’re apparently a chimpanzee and thus incapable of higher reasoning, I think that you need someone to explain to you that sick shit being out there doesn’t mean that you need to see it, and it certainly doesn’t mean that you need to emulate it. If people are watching child porn, they are skulking away in the shadows as as they do so – there’s little threat of such obscenity becoming mainstream just because gays are allowed to be irritatingly flamboyant in public, so quit the ridiculous fire and brimstone religious rhetoric, dude.

  • jk6411

I misspoke. Child porn is not readily available on the Web.
(the internet is the major medium by which it is being exchanged, though.)
And child sex offenders are getting more and more brazen.

Well, that was a hasty retraction by jk6411.

  • shiweibo

I find it hard to believe he “mistook” it for a gay sauna…Believe me, if you’re gay and in a city like Seoul, you KNOW where those places are…

It’s probably that he was impaired (drunk), saw someone eyeing him and went for it.

I highly doubt he intentionally victimized a child. However, that’s what happens when you do stupid things. If he was really interesting in sexual services, he could have gone to many-a-place around Itaewon. I think he realized what he did and said what he thought would sound best. Which makes me think he is lying…he KNEW that place wasn’t a gay sauna. Rather, he either didn’t realize that was a child or did know and thought he could get away with it (since the kid was “eyeing him”)…

Either way, it has nothing to do with him being gay, and everything to do with him being an idiot.

Try again, you know nothing of which you say. Christopher Paul Neil was not and English teacher in S. Korea, you’d fit right in with Korean immigration. You sound like Moberg in the ‘Rum Diary,’ but that’s probably too kind.

  • Sonagi

It is disgusting to see shiweibo so easily dimiss the probability that intoxicated or not, the attacker knew the approximate age of his victim. Child sexual predators either let their impulses take over or think the child won’t tell or won’t be believed. Yesterday in the news there was a case of a man who raped his girlfriend’s daughter’s8-year-old friend. The victim told the daughter, who told her mother, and what did she do? Give the child rapist a ride out of town. The next day the victim told her own mother, who contacted the police. Thankfully the man was detained at the NY Port Authority terminal, where he was attempting to board a bus. This was his second re-entry in the US after being deported, so hopefully he’ll do a long stint in prison before being deported again, only to return once more. The girlfriend is facing child endangerment charges.

Christopher Paul Neil was not and [sic] English teacher in S. Korea

Try again, fella. Or is this another contrived story from USA Today?

  • wiessej

To jkitchstk – Neil WAS working as an English teacher in Gwangju, South Korea, when he was identified as the “swirly pedophile”. Either as a result, or by coincidence, he then bought a one-way ticket to Thailand. Thai police then tracked him down and arrested him.

  • jkitchstk

Yes, the USA Today was wrong about CPN teaching English in S. Korea. Again, you know nothing of which you say. You only help the Korean media spread stereotypes of English teachers. CPN was not an English teacher in S. Korea.
CPN had an E-7 visa, therefore he wasn’t an English teacher.

And you must not read comments on your own blog…

This sentence is a bit misleading. Christopher Paul Neil was not a wanted man when he entered Korea. He had no criminal record, nor a legitimate teaching degree. He had been in Korea at least three years before the Mr. Swirl photo was released by Interpol.
Hence, the "filtering" which followed would not have caught him."

Please, try to find a real example of an NSET in S. Korea found guilty of "Kiddie-Fiddling."

  • Creo69

    jkitchstk,

I have been in Korea for seven years now … every year there are one (sometimes two) cases of kiddie fiddling by foreign instructors. Just like this case you see the initial incident in the paper and then never see anything again. I assume this is because few of them are “found guilty” as there is no concrete evidence to convict them or the families must accept some sort of agreement to make the problem go away. Under Korean law what this guy did probably doesn’t equal much more than a simple assault and I can almost guarantee you that this is the last you will see of this case.

As for your “theories,” on pornography. If there was a relationship between the availability of gay porn on the Internet and a rise in the gay population … we would all be gay by now.

  • Arghaeri

Now your just changing the rules, you asked since when. not since when conviction.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

Yes, the USA Today was wrong about CPN teaching English in S. Korea.

Random stranger on the Internet versus the newspaper with the largest circulation in America. Hmm, what a difficult epistemological challenge.

And by the way, “CPN had an E-7 visa” and “He had no . . . a legitimate teaching degree” =/= “CPN was not an English teacher in Korea.” Keep trying.

  • shiweibo

You know…if you read the rest of my comment, you could easily see that I wasn’t chalking it up to him being “drunk,” Jesus Christ

    I said:
“Rather, he either didn’t realize that was a child or did know and thought he could get away with it (since the kid was “eyeing him”)…”

All I meant was that he was probably looking for something, went to a random sauna, probably thought the kid was older than he was, could get away with it all on the spur of the moment. From his “excuse” I don’t think he was purposefully looking to molest a kid if he tried to cover himself by saying he thought he was in a gay sauna…Wouldn’t he say, “but he looked of age.” etc….that’s all I mean.

I’m not saying I know what happened, just observing what the facts seem to suggest. I mean, I never suggested what he did was okay or excusable…

  • hamel

I am kind of surprised that this thread hasn’t petered out yet.

    Later, peckerheads!

  • gbnhj

He worked as a teacher at the international school in Gwangju.

I recall the same, and also that he had no previous criminal record. Understandably, most E-2 visa-holding English teachers were upset by the government’s response of an immigration policy change, as it simply ratcheted up requirements for an entirely different class of visa applicants.

Again, however, Neil did not work in an institute, did not enter or work in Korea under an E-2 visa, and in any case had not previously been convicted of a crime. The irony is that, however well intended, the immigration policy changes actually failed to prevent entry of the type of person who served to motivate those changes.

As I understand it, persons working in language institutes these days, regardless of visa type, must now submit criminal records checks. Frankly, that’s the sort of fair, objective policy the government ought to have required of applicants from the beginning.

  • Yu Bum Suk

gbnhj, I’m pretty sure Gwangju International School wasn’t Neil’s first job in Korea. I also believe that people on F-visas don’t need a CBC to work at a hagwon.

  • SomeguyinKorea

Some of you are threading a very dark path by using this disgusting crime to bash gays and English teachers.

  • http://rjkoehler.com Robert Koehler

You clearly haven’t talked with Koreasentry. He thinks some of us are using this thread to excuse kiddie-fiddling.

BTW, still waiting for names, Koreasentry.

  • gbnhj

Yu Bum Suk, you may be right about Neil’s employment record. At the time he fled the country, however, he was working at the international school on another type of visa (E-1?). Regarding F-class visa-holders and hagwon work, I’m no expert, but one of my friends recently told me about that. He’s an F-class visa-holder with a teaching certificate; he doesn’t work in a hagwon, but he has friends who own hagwons, so I trust what he told me. Still, you may be right.

  • babotaengi

As of I think October, MoE requires f-visa holders registering for a teaching position to provide criminal background and medical checks. At least that’s the case in my city – I don’t know if they’re all going by the same play book, but they often don’t.

  • Creo69

“Some of you are threading a very dark path by using this disgusting crime to bash gays and English teachers.”

Are you referring to “jkitchstk?” I am still scratching my head trying to figure out how someone who is so ill informed as to believe that “CPN was not an English teacher in S. Korea” could be informed enough to know that child porn is “readily available on the Web.” Hmm…

  • Jashin Densetsu

it has nothing to do with him being gay

you sure about that bro? I don’t think a straight guy would do that bro.

  • Jashin Densetsu

a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy in a bathhouse.

  • Creo69

“a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy in a bathhouse.”

The point is the guy is a pedo with an attraction to young boys. It is not a reflection on gay men anymore than a pedo who likes young girls is a reflection on all hetro men. I think that was the original point that was trying to be made but maybe not made in the best way.

  • Jashin Densetsu

well a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy or a man in a bathhouse bro.

  • http://www.chiamattt.com chiamattt

I go pretty much everywhere thinking about its gay bar potential, and I have yet to touch a thigh or dangle my manvaj near a face. Since when did “I thought it was a gay bar” turn into a defence? I hope he rots in jail.

  • Creo69

“well a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy or a man in a bathhouse bro.”

Well…actually, pedos are not always necessarily attracted to one gender. There are many, many cases out there of married pedos who have molested children of BOTH genders. Some pedos get off on the power issue and not the gender issue.

  • Yu Bum Suk

Creo69, that all sounds perfectly plausible, but why when you hear of a paedo on the news is the victim a boy more than half the time?

gbnhj, I think I may have been confusing the CBC with the drugs check when it comes to F-visas working at hagwons.

  • Jashin Densetsu

i’m talking about straight guys bro. if you’re attracted to your own or both genders, then you’re not straight.

  • Creo69

“Creo69, that all sounds perfectly plausible, but why when you hear of a paedo on the news is the victim a boy more than half the time?”

Because you hear what you want to hear? Please supply some statistics to back up your point (not from some crazy religious organization either). You also may want to look for some stats on the percentages of girls and boys that are sexually assaulted before they reach 18. Young girls are overwhelmingly the victim of sexual assaults.

  • Creo69

“i’m talking about straight guys bro. if you’re attracted to your own or both genders, then you’re not straight.”

Then you are saying a straight guy would do that to a young girl?

  • Jashin Densetsu

    do what?

  • Creo69

19% (global figure…much higher in some countries) of young girls sexually assaulted during childhood…yeh…straight guys just don’t do these kinds of things :) I love the hetro “agenda” of deny, deny, deny.

  • Jashin Densetsu

a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy or a man in a bathhouse bro. and there aren’t any girls or women there. so obviously it has to do with being homo.

  • Yu Bum Suk

Well look Creo, let’s say that 10% of the general population is gay. I’m sure it’s not nearly that high but let’s pretend it is. Surely well over 10% of paedos you here about were abusing boys. I’m NOT saying that gays are more inclined to paedophilia, but certainly paedos are more inclined to be gay than non-paedos.

  • Creo69

a straight guy wouldn’t do that to a boy or a man in a bathhouse bro. and there aren’t any girls or women there. so obviously it has to do with being homo.

Word of advise … if you have children (or plan to) please educate yourself bit more. If you think your football buddy could never molest your son because he is “straight” (or isn’t a homo) you simply don’t understand that with pedos it isn’t always about sex or sexuality. Many a parent has fallen victim to this ignorance and their children have been the ones to suffer.

  • Creo69

“Well look Creo, let’s say that 10% of the general population is gay. I’m sure it’s not nearly that high but let’s pretend it is. Surely well over 10% of paedos you here about were abusing boys. We may be getting closer to agreeing on something. Let’s look at rape? Not a whole lot of women commit rape do they? Both your example and mine says a lot more about males in general than trying to make gay people look like pedos.

  • Jashin Densetsu

If you think your football buddy could never molest your son because he is “straight” (or isn’t a homo) you simply don’t understand that with pedos it isn’t always about sex or sexuality.

part of the radical homosexualist agenda is to shift blame and suspicion onto straight men and that’s what you’re doing here bro.

if my buddy ended up doing that, it would just mean that I was wrong about my buddy. misjudgments happen bro.

  • Creo69

“part of the radical homosexualist agenda is to shift blame and suspicion onto straight men and that’s what you’re doing here bro.”

So …. you’re saying it is homosexuals that are raping 18% (again a conservative global figure) of young girls before they reach the age of 18.

Wow… who could of guessed that!

The Korean media is often mistaken on English teacher facts/stats, just like thekorean and others on this blog. Those stats are often explained by someone I seem to trust more than the Korean media, thekorean, Yu Bum Suk, Hoju, etc…

Funny how you are so willing to point out how “the radical homosexualist agenda is to shift blame and suspicion onto straight men” while at the same time equally willing to try to deflect the accountability for the raping of 18% (again a conservative global figure) of young girls before they reach the age of 18 by “hetros.”

  • Creo69

    …bro

  • jkitchstk

    thekorean,
You missed one, here is a story from last week, Why don’t you write a post titled ‘Korean Kiddie-Fiddling Teacher Front…’
“An Elementary School Teacher Caught Molesting Female Student During Class”
    http://news.naver.com/main/ranking/read.nhn?mid=etc&sid1=111&rankingType=popular_week&oid=001&aid=0005482407&date=20120125&type=0&rankingSectionId=102&rankingSeq=10

Of course that would require more of your time than any supposed “NSET front.”
You remind me of the 2002 media/people fretting over the accidents of 2 middle school girls while more than 80 others were being killed in auto accidents each and every day.

  • Creo69

    jkitchstk
“You missed one, here is a story from last week, Why don’t you write a post titled ‘Korean Kiddie-Fiddling Teacher Front…”

You know the answer to this…because it is part of the “hetrosexulist agenda.”

Rule #1 Blame the Homos (men fiddling girls stories is just not good for the agenda)

  • Jashin Densetsu

i’m not deflecting anything bro. this was about bathhouses bro.

  • Creo69

“i’m not deflecting anything bro. this was about bathhouses bro.”

Glad you decided to “man up” and finally accept accountability for the raping of “18% (again a conservative global figure) of young girls before they reach the age of 18 by “hetros.”

Most hetros would just keep harping on the “homo” thing.

  • Jashin Densetsu

    you like stats bro? http://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp/Newsroom/msmpressrelease.html

“The data, presented at CDC’s 2010 National STD Prevention Conference, finds that the rate of new HIV diagnoses among men who have sex with men (MSM) is more than 44 times that of other men and more than 40 times that of women.”

“The rate of primary and secondary syphilis among MSM is more than 46 times that of other men and more than 71 times that of women, the analysis says. The range was 91-173 cases per 100,000 MSM vs. 2 per 100,000 other men and 1 per 100,000 women.”

and these are just the big name ones. there are a bunch of other bugs out there and new ones brewing we don’t even know about.

also any hetero vs homo comparison has to take info like this into account. attacks aren’t fungible. they vary in health risk and effect on the victim.

  • Jashin Densetsu

the raping of “18% (again a conservative global figure) of young girls before they reach the age of 18 by “hetros.”

there are lots of false rape claims bro. and these kinds of stats often include lots of iffy cases like statutory rape where the guy is 19 or something and the girl is like 17. or like when the girl wanted it at the time but then changed her mind after she broke up or something.

Please, try to find a real example of an NSET in S. Korea found guilty of “Kiddie-Fiddling.”

    found guilty…

lets not forget there probably is many NSET’s kiddie fiddling in Korea, just like there is probably many Korean teachers kiddie fiddling in Korea.

But let us not forget, Korean culture and Korean schools like these problems to be “hushed up” and “disappear” without bringing the spotlight on these people, due to: (1) at the will of the parents so no shame is brought on the family and (2) at the will of the school so the school does not get a bad reputation.

finding a teacher “guilty” only happens when (1) & (2) is broken which is not the normal case.

  • jkitchstk

    thekorean,
CPN was not found guilty in S. Korea, no Korean kiddies were fondled by him, nor did S. Korea stop him when he departed S. Korea ~ even though Interpol informed Korea ~ so that doesn’t count as a “Kiddie-Fiddling NSET front…” This is a blog about S. Korea so I’m sure you didn’t mean a Vietnam, Cambodia, or Thailand “Kiddie-Fiddling NSET front.”

    Go ahead, try again!

  • Creo69

    Well done!

    1. Deny, deny, deny…CHECK

    3. Blame women next…CHECK
    4. Never “man up” and accept any accountability for the shortcomings of hetro males (refer to 1,2,3) … CHECK CHECK CHECK

You certainly do know your hetosexulist agenda well, bro :)

As far as those STDs you seem to be so concerned about just put a helmet on the “little fella as you trudge though all those “false” rape claims… I’ve never had one let me down yet ;)

  • Jashin Densetsu

haven’t denied anything bro and haven’t blamed women.

the perp in this case was a homo.

condoms aren’t perfect and it’s just putting stronger selection pressures that’ll make even deadlier bugs.

  • http://vmphotography.com.au hoju_saram

You’ve got a fixation and need help, bro.

  • Creo69

“there are lots of false rape claims bro”

In other words…it’s the woman fault…
Refer to #3. Blame women next…CHECK
Of course you could just be in serious denial in which case you actually believe your own BS.

Condoms aren’t perfect? Trust me, they are damn near. Over twenty years I have put them to the test heavily. As I said, I have never had one let me down yet. These statistics you state are the result of people’s individual stupidity in about 99.9% of the cases. Yes, some people are just terribly unlucky but the world is full of fools who are working really hard at killing themselves (in one way or another)…I don’t deny that for a minute and I lecture friends on it regularly.

  • Creo69

I also tell my friends who smoke that I will have no pity on them when they die of cancer … their choice … their fate.

  • Jashin Densetsu

saying that there’s lots of false rape claims isn’t the same as blaming women.

condoms aren’t anywhere near being a perfect solution and all the stats show that. and it’s just putting stronger selection pressures that’ll make even deadlier bugs.

  • Jashin Densetsu

smoking is a dumb analogy bro. all smoking does is shorten lifespans by about 10 to 15 years.

  • Arghaeri

I’ve never had one let me down yet

Need to get out more then.

  • Creo69

“smoking is a dumb analogy bro. all smoking does is shorten lifespans by about 10 to 15 years.”

Smoking doesn’t just effect the smoker….bro. Along with my brothers and sisters I had the privilege of watching my father wither away and die from lung cancer. Correct, he may have only lived another fifteen years. However, we get to live the rest of our lives with some rather unpleasant memories of the way he died. Smoking is a selfish and destructive behavior …. but the world is still full of smokers.

  • Creo69

“condoms aren’t anywhere near being a perfect solution and all the stats show that. and it’s just putting stronger selection pressures that’ll make even deadlier bugs.”

What the stats show is that people are not using condoms….that is what they show. And, if you believe they are using condoms I am here to correct you. As I said, these statistics are the result of stupid and irresponsible behavior (not using condoms). Look up the odds of contracting HIV between gay men when using a condom. Very, very, very low. The odds of getting hit by a bus while crossing the street or being shot dead on the street through random violence are much, much higher. I don’t deny this irresponsible behavior exists.

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

However, we get to live the rest of our lives with some rather unpleasant memories of the way he died.

that is one of the most selfish things I have heard on this thread.

Do all fathers owe it to their children to die some pleasant death by going to sleep one night, healthy with a smile on their face and never waking up?

get real and stop feeling sorry for yourself.

  • Creo69

“Do all fathers owe it to their children to die some pleasant death by going to sleep one night, healthy with a smile on their face and never waking up?”

    In a word…yes.

If you bring children into this world you have taken on the responsibility that comes with it.. in other words … be a man for your kids and quit smoking drama queen. Give up your petty little (selfish) habit of yours so your kids might have that extra fifteen years to enjoy your company. Even if you don’t enjoy theirs, it is the responsibility you accept when you become a breeder.

  • hardyandtiny

“Also at that age (kid is about to begin middle school) the boy wants privacy from his younger siblings whilst bathing and from his mothers eyes (the mother often uses the toilet – which is in the bathroom in Korean apartments)”and the boy has decided he would rather wash in a sauna than have his mother coming into the bathroom whilst he is bathing.”

I had the same problem in the US when I was kid, my mother would always come in and take a piss when I was taking a bath.

  • hamel

    hardyandtiny:

  • Sonagi

Looks like Jashin has does not absolutely nothing on this thread to dispel notions that Ron Paul supporters are bat-shit crazy. I’m not going to touch the claim that “many” women file false rape charges, but I will address the flawed understanding of science behind this whopper,

condoms aren’t perfect and it’s just putting stronger selection pressures that’ll make even deadlier bugs.

That is true only if the method actually kills organisms, which condoms don’t. They simply reduce the chances of organisms finding a new host by reducing direct skin contact.

  • YangachiBastardo

    In a word…yes.

If you bring children into this world you have taken on the responsibility that comes with it.. in other words … be a man for your kids and quit smoking drama queen

Quite the totalitarian there. As much as i hate having to agree with Apoplectic Gonorrhea (Pawi TM) my life is MINE and i owe nobody a pleasant and non-traumatic departure. Particularly if my children are capable adults.

If for some reason i feel like shortening my life span, why should i be forced to adopt some healthy behaviour ?

Oh don’t even start bringing up the cost of healthcare as lots of research has already shown that smokers actually are a relief and not a burden on welfare systems: the cost of treating lung cancer is not even comparable to the stress imposed on the retirement system by a bunch of senile, everlasting knuckleheads and the cost of taking care of the natural decay suffered by somebody who made it to their 90′s.

It’s amazing how some of the pc-queens around seem to exhibit such a high disregard for personal freedom, putting them effectively in the same league of the Vaticanistas they so deeply despise.

“You missed one, here is a story from last week, Why don’t you write a post titled ‘Korean Kiddie-Fiddling Teacher Front…”

Listen jschmuck let’s say we run an internet news outlet together (God forbids) and we have to decide for the opening slot between 2 stories:

    a) dog bites owner

    b) owner bites dog

Which one you think would generate the highest amount of traffic ?

It’s the law of the media and Korea is no exception: the bizarre, the unusual, the foreign, the scary, the alien, the hateful sell.

It’s the same in the US truly. Let’s say we have some Jose Illegal from Basura town, Bananas abducting from her home and raping a white suburban girl.
Let’s say we also got a case of some middle-aged douche suburban, 60k a year job, white dude who regularly molest his daughter, while his drunk, pill-popping wife turns a blind eye and delude herself everything is ok.

Again which case would stir up more interest ?

Christ you English teachers can be a griping lot at times, you’re just the victims of mild xenophobia and the need for mass-media to generate ad revenues, get over it

  • Creo69

Sorry Robert … should have selected my words better and didn’t mean to leave dirt on your rug :(

  • YangachiBastardo

The solution is an easy one…if you want to live for yourself don’t have kids

Smoking, if not imposed on the kids, never prevented anybody from being a capable parent…get fuckin’ real.

And by relieving the world of my presence in due time i think i’m actually doing my son a HUGE FAVOUR, as he’s not gonna be burdened with the onus of finding, very likely out of his own pocket, an Ukrainian nanny to take care of my caca and pipi when i grow really senile

  • Creo69

You are 100% correct that you have the right to do what you want … your son however will miss you no matter how senile you are … and you will miss him. I guarantee it.

That will probably be my final words before Robert smacks me on the nose with a newspaper and boots me for my potty mouth :(

  • http://dok.do/4aVK41 Year of the Dragon

This topic is good – for humor!

From a 24 y.o. gay American touching an underage-Korean-boy and dangling his genitalia in front of the boys mouth…

    to

smokers are bad, my father caused us so much grief, etc etc..

here are some facts to keep this thread way ahead of the “Open Thread”…

“There’s a cheap, common, and mostly safe drug, in daily use for centuries by hundreds of millions of people, that only lately has been investigated for its therapeutic potential for a long list of common ills.

The list includes Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, depression and anxiety, schizophrenia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and even pain and obesity.

Why has interest in this potential cure-all been slow to develop? One reason: in its current forms the drug offers pharmaceutical companies no possibility of substantial profit.

Another, perhaps more important: the drug is reviled as the world’s most addictive. The drug, of course, is nicotine”

Public perception of Nicotine is negative.

Therefore close the eyes and ears to the evidence that it can be healthy when not combined with other harmful substances,

There are in fact thousands of chemicals contained in cigarettes, which some of them are the main killers such as carbon Monoxide, arsenic and ammonia, to name a few.

For example, there is no evidence that nicotine causes cancer, although many people think it does.

Nicotine in pure form is safe actually and non toxic.

now if only the tobacco companies would stop mixing “other” sh1t in with the nicotine….

  • YangachiBastardo

That will probably be my final words before Robert smacks me on the nose with a newspaper and boots me for my potty mouth

Can’t talk for the owner but i doubt it…you’re a smart dude and much more mellow than the average tontohead dwelling in here

  • Creo69

    Granfalloon,

    Hey Creo69 — yo mama’s a breeder

  • SomeguyinKorea

    #190,

It’s one of the oldest pesticides known to man, as a matter of fact (my father-in-law puts cigarette butts in a spray bottle filled with water to make a cheap and effective pesticide). Nicotine is sold and used as a pesticide today, and precautions need to be taken when using it:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicotine_poisoning#Toxicology

  • jk6411

Nicotine.. has a high toxicity in comparison to many other alkaloids such as cocaine.
A person can overdose on nicotine through a combination of nicotine patches, nicotine gum, and/or tobacco smoking at the same time.
Spilling an extremely high concentration of nicotine onto the skin can result in intoxication or even death since nicotine readily passes into the bloodstream from dermal contact.

Holy crap. Didn’t know that before.

  • CactusMcHarris

    #200,

An old method of making your own insecticide is to make a nicotine tea from cigarettes – it’s highly effective and highly toxic in contact with the sprayer or sprayee.

But now I see SGIK in #199 has got the skinny already.

  • shiweibo

Jashin Densetsu, bro, stop taking crap out of context…bro.

  • tommyboy123

I went to a 목욕탕 in Queens, New York since I had about 3hrs to kill. Something was not quite right bc a bunch of guys would sit awfully close to me in the steam room. Just ignored it but it happened way too often. A while later, this other dude started doing jumping jacks, cock and balls bouncing rhythmically not too far from my face. Anyway, I later did an internet search out of curiosity and it turns out it was a gathering place for local homosexuals.

  • gmm

Jashin, thou doth protest too much. When you hear someone spewing that much hate for gays you know that’s a guy, usually a TV evangelist, who’s battling some repressed chubby-loving demons. It’s not hard to imagine the Jashin version of the Ted Haggard denial: No way bro, I never had sex with that bro. That’s disgusting. It was just one bro doing a kindness for another bro, bro. Vote for Ron Paul.

  • jk6411

So does this mean that the 24yr old pedo English teacher was telling the truth?
He was serious when he said that he thought the bathhouse was a gay bar?
He wasn’t joking or giving excuses or anything?
He wasn’t drunk or acting stupid?

This sort of behavior would be perfectly acceptable in a gay bathhouse?
And even a 12 yr old boy would be fair game?
I’m kind of scratching my head here..

  • jk6411

I guess Korean bathhouses really should post signs that they are not gay bars.

  • Creo69

“and even a 12 yr old boy would be fair game?”

    jk6411,

If the thought gives you are rise then assume what you want…I think anyone with any common sense knows the answer to this. There are many gay saunas in Korea, and an equal amount or “sport massage” places and other venues for straights, no one would even consider allowing a minor in any of them and certainly wouldn’t condone the type of behavior this pedo engaged in. Well, you seem to be confused though and seem to have some questions about whether this is acceptable or not. I will leave you to sort those issues out for yourself.

  • Yu Bum Suk

“CPN was not found guilty in S. Korea, no Korean kiddies were fondled by him”

That we *know* of. Do you think Gwangju International School brought in counsellors to talk to all of the kids with whom he had contact? Do you think they rang all the parents and asked them if their kids had mentioned anything about him? Do you think his previous high school and hagwon did?

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

“CPN was not found guilty in S. Korea, no Korean kiddies were fondled by him”

The bigger issue is that the guy thinks because CPN was apprehended for child molestation outside of Korea, CPN is not a child molester. A stunning logic, that one.

  • jk6411

There are many gay saunas in Korea

I’m sorry, I didn’t know that. (but then I’m not gay)

no one would even consider allowing a minor in any of them

Well, that may be in Korea. But what about in other parts of the world?
Are all gay baths clearly marked as such?
As tommyboy123 posted, he mistakenly went to a gay bathhouse in the U.S. That one clearly wasn’t an adults-only place.

[You] seem to have some questions about whether this is acceptable or not.

    I wouldn’t know. Again, I’m not gay.
(And there are 12 yr old gays out there, aren’t there?)

  • Creo69

They don’t need to be marked as there is someone who takes your money upon entrance like any business. No one would let a 12 year old into a strictly gay establishment. Even if the person was totally immoral who the hell is going to risk their entire business on a 12 year old?

Does the fact that gay people “hang out” at the sauna Tommyboy went to make it a strictly gay establishment…no. If you go to any sauna is there a chance you may see a man doing some strange yoga naked (possibly even a gay man) …. could happen. Gay men are at the sauna, the mall and McDonalds too. We live life just like the rest of you. If you have that much of a hang up about nudity, or yoga, you should probably stick to the gym where folks where a bit more clothing to relax.

  • jk6411

    Never mind.
I just realized that the 24 yr old teacher was full of sh*t.
There’s no way they would let a kid into a gay establishment.
I guess he was drunk, crazy, or ignorant of Korean culture.

Or… maybe he tried it just to see if he could get away with it.

In any case, I still think he was gay.

  • Creo69

This guy is a pedo and an idiot. There is no rationalizing his behavior so why even try. The most disturbing part is that he will get out of this mess he is in now unscathed (probably just sent home) and as with almost all pedos he will continue on to violate other young people for some time to come. Sad indeed.

  • jk6411

Well, when he goes home, I hope he’ll find a place in the National Sex Offenders Registry.

  • jk6411

Wait, then again he hasn’t been convicted of anything yet.

Well, I hope they’ll keep a close eye on him.

  • jk6411

To officially end this thread, I would like to say one more thing.

    Do gay bars have showers?

The answer to that question is: Yes, some do.

  • Creo69

I can almost guarantee you he will make a deal (pay some money to the kid’s parents…sadly Koreans do this all the time) and that will be that. No authorities in the USA will be involved. Even if they are, putting your hand on a kids leg and him thinking your junk was too close to his face are not something most prosecutors have the time to waste on. They will let him go for a decade or two until he is a serious enough offender to get on their radar and justify the resources required to deal with him. Again, very sad but that is the way the legal system works. In a perfect world he would be put into treatment to try to correct his behavior before he continues on but the resources just don’t exist to do this.

  • Creo69

    “Do gay bars have showers?”

    jk6411,

I have been to gay bars in many parts of the world in the last twenty years …. never seen one that had a shower (at least a shower for the patrons to use). A gay sauna is not a gay bar.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

I can almost guarantee you he will make a deal (pay some money to the kid’s parents…sadly Koreans do this all the time) and that will be that.

Americans do this all the time too. It’s called settlement. There is nothing sad about it, other than the fact that a sad incident happened.

  • jk6411

Never mind, this thread wasn’t mine to officially end..
    Sorry about that.

  • Creo69

“Americans do this all the time too. It’s called settlement. There is nothing sad about it, other than the fact that a sad incident happened.”

Sorry…but we will have to disagree on this. When a person sexually assaults your child it is your responsibility to make sure that person is locked up (for every minute possible) so they can not harm your child or any other child. Accepting money and letting the perp walk away is just plain wrong. You can justify it in any way you want but you have zero chance of changing my mind in any way shape or form on this matter.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

    1. It’s not your responsibility. It is the responsibility of the criminal justice system.

    2. I don’t know you know a lot about Korean laws. Accepting the money in this case does not let the perp walk.

  • Hamilton

    “when you become a breeder”

Oh just lovely. Another bigot screaming prejudice.

  • Creo69

Well…again…we disagree. I have been in Korea going on 7 years…this guy will walk away free and clear you and I both know it. He would probably walk away free in clear in the USA too under the circumstances.

The legal system fails and fails frequently. If your child is violated it is your responsibility to make sure it doesn’t fail. This guy is going to go home and in a few years he will do the same thing. It will be his first offense. Why? Because in this case both the legal system and the parents are going to fail to do uphold their responsibilities in exchange for an fast and easy way to make the problem go away.

  • Creo69

    “when you become a breeder”

I didn’t realize breeder was a prejudicial term…is there a more “pc” term? Reproducer? Baby machines?

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

Well…again…we disagree. I have been in Korea going on 7 years…this guy will walk away free and clear you and I both know it.

As far as I can tell, I am the only one between the two of us who can: (1) read legal level Korean and (2) have a law degree. So just listen, ok? You seem to be a decent guy, and all I am trying to do is to tell you how Korean laws work, because you are mistaken here. I’m not trying to be a dick.

This guy is booked. He can’t get out of the country while the charges are pending, because he will be stopped at the port. And unlike what you said, it is not possible for the parents to settle with the guy and let him walk. Sexual assault on minors is not the type of crime that the victim (or victim’s parents, in case the victim is a minor) can settle away, unlike say a misdemeanor assault.

He would probably walk away free in clear in the USA too under the circumstances.

Also untrue. In fact, in the U.S. he would not be RoR-ed like he is in Korea right now, so there is even less of a chance that he can ever see the light of day any time soon.

  • Yu Bum Suk

Creo, I’m afraid you’re right. That’s why I really hope that someone can name and shame him, and then someone can bring a translator to the Busan police and get in contact with authorities where he’s from in the States. Will that make a huge difference? Probably not, but there are agencies in the US that try to do something about Americans who commit sex crimes overseas.

  • Hamilton

    How about parent.

You really don’t even know what a bigot you are do you?

  • Yu Bum Suk

“This guy is booked. He can’t get out of the country while the charges are pending, because he will be stopped at the port. ”

The American who fondled six boys at his school in Daegu a couple years ago successfully ran. I don’t know if he was yet ‘booked’ in whatever sense you mean, but he got off after the police were well onto him.

  • Yu Bum Suk

Re: 230 – sorry, I meant four grade six boys.

  • Creo69

    theKorean,

I admire your belief in the legal system and congratulate you on your law degree. None the less, this guy will walk free. Seen it time and time again in Korea (and the states…more so here). As you and I both know, the leniency that is applied to men who violate children in Korea is a huge topic right now and has been for some time. As we both know the matter is that even when the violation is horrendous the perp gets off with a handslap. Yes, this is quickly changing. But, based on what this guy did he will walk. That is my opinion. You have yours. Let’s just wait and see.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

I don’t know if he was yet ‘booked’ in whatever sense you mean, but he got off after the police were well onto him.

Was he arrested, and then ran off? Because that makes all the difference.

  • Creo69

    Hamilton,

I think you need to take my comments in context. After a day of going back and fourth with a guy who could only refer to me as a “homo” I think a little jest back with “breeders” wasn’t so out of line. Did you see me make a big stink over “homo?”

  • Creo69

    Yu Bum Suk,

Look at the situation realistically. He touched a kids leg and the kid says he put his junk in his face. Touched his leg? Not likely to get you much prison time there…Junk in the face? He said, she said… no one in the USA could care about this guy. They are looking for serious offenders to invest limited resources in. He will pop up in about ten years after he has violated 5 or 10 more boys. That is how it works sadly.

  • Yu Bum Suk

I’m sure the story is back in the MH archives but I’m shit at searching them. I think he had been charged and was supposed to come to the police station to turn himself in. He went through Gimhae to Japan to the US. I heard something about Korea trying to have him deported but I wouldn’t count on that at all.

  • Yu Bum Suk

Well TK I sure hope you’re right, but my faith in the Korean police and justice system is pretty weak.

Mind you, the information so far seems so bizarre that who knows what happened and any outcome is plausible based on what little we know.

  • Jashin Densetsu

re condoms. they’re not perfect, and they’re not used all the time. and whether or not they use them, they still exchange bodily fluids.

  • Hamilton

“I think you need to take my comments in context. After a day of going back and fourth with a guy who could only refer to me as a “homo” I think a little jest back with “breeders” wasn’t so out of line. Did you see me make a big stink over “homo?””

No, they are in context. “Homo” is wrong and so is “Breeder”. I remember Happy Mother’s Day, Happy Father’s Day and great time with my parents. I must have missed that whole breeder thing.

If I had a homosexual man insult me would you be okay if I shot a slur at the whole gay community? I Didn’t think so, but it would be okay for a shot at the heterosexual community and parents in general.

I’m not surprised at how offended bigots get when someone calls them a name and with what ease they sling them back.

You have a huge chip on your shoulder and came out the gate swinging with accusations. Your laundry list of exaggerations, distortions and outright fabrications in entry #46 shows that you are dishonest. It took your slurs to mark you as a bigot as well.

Congratulations bigot, but I think you already know that. Not a whole lot of tolerance left for those outside your little world is there?

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

When these matters involve foreigners they seem to be handled very quickly and very publicly now days in Korea.

Again, speak not of what you don’t know. These matters are handled very quickly because vast majority of criminal cases in Korea are handled very quickly. People can say what they want about Korea’s criminal justice system, but at the very least, it moves freakin’ fast. The speed has nothing to do with the fact that the defendant is a foreigner.

Same with “publicly”. This news showed up as a tiny, bottom-row article on the newspaper that I read, along with other crime news. I blogged the news because it appeared to be relevant to the readership here, not because it is making huge waves in Korean news.

Mind you, the information so far seems so bizarre that who knows what happened and any outcome is plausible based on what little we know.

Also true. Innocent until proven guilty, so we will see.

  • Creo69

    Hamilton,

In all honesty…you are correct. At this point in life I don’t have much of a need for relationships with “straight” people other than family. If that makes me a bigot…I am one :) I don’t have much in common with straight people and enjoy the company of gay friends who I don’t constantly have to educate on sh*t that bores me to death.

I didn’t start commenting on this blog to make anyone like or accept gay people. I could care less about that. Some of these guys are bigots towards gays …. so what? They have that right. I am just responding to the nonsense of the some of the hetros on this blog that know little or nothing about gays but believe they are experts on the subject. Just trying to help educate ignorant hetros. It’s my job! :)

  • dogbertt

Your stupid “joke” about “breeders” is still about your mom, so, fail.

Or did you have two mommies?

  • dogbertt

I’m constantly amazed at the running theme amongst minorities of one stripe or another that it’s their “job” to somehow “educate” the supposedly ignorant sea of normalcy that surrounds them.

    Get over yourselves. It isn’t.

  • Creo69

    theKorean,

Yeah… the Korean legal system works with lightening speed ㅋㅋㅋ That is as long as it can get the result the public wants.

Tell it to the folks at Lone Star :)

  • Hamilton

“I didn’t start commenting on this blog to make anyone like or accept gay people. I could care less about that.”

I’d say you are doing an admirable job of making people dislike one and perhaps the entire community by association.

Next time you hear someone say something bad about homosexuals perhaps you had a hand in shaping their perception so Bravo keep hating the heteros little bigot.

  • Creo69

    Dogbert,

Actually, I had a wonderful stepmother who I considered to be an equal to my birth mother.

And what, if minorities didn’t educate the ignorant masses you would all educate yourself in between TV shows…doubt it.

  • Creo69

    Hamilton,

If you are judging an entire community by one person…you need more edurcating…I will continue to work on you.

  • Creo69

“Next time you hear someone say something bad about homosexuals perhaps you had a hand in shaping their perception so Bravo keep hating the heteros little bigot.”

Nope …. I use a condom and shower regularly. Can’t imagine any other complaints the masses might have. Browned skinned immigrants are a much easier target in just about any country now days with the economy the way it is.

  • http://populargusts.blogspot.com/ bulgasari

It’s odd how little attention this has gotten, comparatively; there have only been about a dozen articles about it (as compared to about three dozen for the Canadian who murdered his girlfriend). I would have thought this would have attracted more attention.

    @122
Remember the American teacher a couple of years ago who managed to flee to Japan after, I believe I recall, molesting 12-year-olds?

Yonhap later reported that he actually went to Minneapolis (though perhaps it was via Japan). And yeah, it was allegedly grade 6 boys that he molested. What surprised me most (though I’ve heard some even more shocking cases repeating this) was that the boys didn’t know it was wrong until they had a sex education class.

    @117
Please, try to find a real example of an NSET in S. Korea found guilty of “Kiddie-Fiddling.”

Five cases (one of which had charges dropped for lack of evidence) that I’ve found reported in the media involving foreign teachers investigated for molesting their students are listed here. In another later case in August 2010 a teacher was sentenced to 1.5 years for molesting a boy he was tutoring. So that makes 6 cases (not including the one that was dropped). But there have also been 3-4 other reports I can think of which mention allegations against foreign teachers that were not investigated (most of which involved AES – but considering the reticence of hagwons and schools to involve police, I wouldn’t write them off entirely).

  • http://rjkoehler.com Robert Koehler

opps…kicked off the Marmot’s Hole again

Wouldn’t worry about that, Creo69. By MH commenter standards, you’ve been almost quaintly genteel.

  • Hamilton

“If you are judging an entire community by one person”

Perhaps you should look up the word “perhaps”, definitions are important. If however your bad example of bigotry is combined with several other experiences I could well understand why someone would associate that behavior with the homosexual community. You’re just doing your part to make that happen.

“you need more edurcating…I will continue to work on you.”

No thanks, plenty of bigots with teaching degrees out there already. I choose not to drink from your Hateraide bottle.

  • Creo69

“Wouldn’t worry about that, Creo69. By MH commenter standards, you’ve been almost quaintly genteel.”

Again Robert, my apologizes for my poor choice of words in that one post.

  • Yu Bum Suk

bulgasari, are you sure that all of those cases resulted in convictions? They only mention one sentenced and one confessing.

  • Creo69

“No thanks, plenty of bigots with teaching degrees out there already. I choose not to drink from your Hateraide bottle.”

You didn’t catch my qualifications in the previous post … degree is in “common sense.”

  • http://rjkoehler.com Robert Koehler

I would have thought this would have attracted more attention.

Given the stereotypes involved and the general 엽기 factor, I would have thought so, too. I’m almost disappointed.

But there have also been 3-4 other reports I can think of which mention allegations against foreign teachers that were not investigated (most of which involved AES – but considering the reticence of hagwons and schools to involve police, I wouldn’t write them off entirely).

I know of at least one case in which false charges of molestation—which were reported in the media—were brought against a teacher for financial gain. Fortunately, the teacher in that case was cleared.

  • http://askakorean.blogspot.com thekorean

Yeah… the Korean legal system works with lightening speed ㅋㅋㅋ That is as long as it can get the result the public wants.

With that comment, you are telling me that you can’t tell apart civil, regulatory and criminal cases. You obviously know something about gays, so stick with that. When it comes to Korean law, listen to me.

  • Hamilton

    “degree is in “common sense.”

Dude, you totally need to get your tuition money back, you were robbed. Let me guess, you took an online course….

That minor you took in Hate is paying off nicely though.

Ummm…I think that is why I refereed to the “Korean Legal System” isn’t it? Criminal and civil law are still a part of the Korean legal system aren’t they?

  • Creo69

Militant gays…scary stuff bro … don’t let it keep you awake at night.

  • jk6411

I.. enjoy the company of gay friends who I don’t constantly have to educate on sh*t that bores me to death.

Just trying to help educate ignorant hetros. It’s my job!

Wow, I didn’t know gays were so convinced of their utter superiority over heteros.
I’m so sorry to have wasted your precious time, great one.
It’s a pity you won’t be able to pass on your superior genes to any offspring.
    What a shame.

  • Creo69

    “utter superiority”

Are you referring to gays or having some flashbacks to a lynching you were involved in somewhere down south during a prior lifetime?

  • dogbertt

And what, if minorities didn’t educate the ignorant masses you would all educate yourself in between TV shows…doubt it.

If we’re so ignorant, why do we run things?

Sorry, don’t need any education from the small flock of also-rans.

  • Creo69

“If we’re so ignorant, why do we run things?”

Most of you “run” little more than the remote on your TV…you need a woman to do the rest. But if it feels good to play the role of “Charles In Charge” carry on :)

  • http://populargusts.blogspot.com/ bulgasari

    @259
What I know is entirely in that post. So of the six cases (not counting the one where charges were dropped), we have one known conviction, one confession, one fleeing, two we don’t know the outcomes of (one of which had CCTV entered as evidence), and one pending. The three earliest cases were in hagwons (though the last such reported case was in 2008); the latter three were during a private lesson, at a school, and now in a sauna.

    @261
false charges of molestation—which were reported in the media—were brought against a teacher for financial gain.

Right, that’s the one I referred to with “(one of which had charges dropped for lack of evidence).” Someone I know told me he knows the person involved. Glad he was cleared.

  • http://vmphotography.com.au hoju_saram

You read Conservapedia, bro? I thought it was a poof spoof site.

For a belly-laugh, read their entry on gays.

For even more fun, read Conservapedia’s entry on their arch-enemy, the dastardly Wikipedia.

    Funnier than The Onion.

  • dogbertt

Most of you “run” little more than the remote on your TV…you need a woman to do the rest. But if it feels good to play the role of “Charles In Charge” carry on

You know, “denial” is not just a river in Egypt, Mary.

White, straight men do actually run things. Unless you think there’s a secret cabal of black, Jewish lesbians pulling the strings.

But I don’t think so, and it’s because we do run things that you have had to remain closeted so long and even today face a backlash, such as Prop. 8, etc.

Even the most powerful amongst you (I’m talkin’ J. Edgar) have to hide who they are.

  • Creo69

“But I don’t think so, and it’s because we do run things that you have had to remain closeted so long and even today face a backlash, such as Prop. 8, etc.”

ㅋㅋㅋ Thanks (white hetro man) for Prop 8 by the way. In the next few years you will see the full power of the US constitution come into play. None of it would have been possible without Prop 8. It is was the crack in the stone :)

God the American constitution is a beautiful thing …. I guess I can thank white hetro man (maybe not all hetro…who knows) for that one. :)

  • Hamilton

“I guess I can thank white hetro man (maybe not all hetro…who knows) for that one”

You certainly can’t thank yourself or people who think like you do. You work the hate too much and play the victim. That is incompatible with a working democracy or rights for all, not just your protected group whatever it is.

  • CactusMcHarris

    Hoju,

    That’s a hoot – I’ll hope it’s a spoof on poofs (you’re hilarious), but I really liked this line

‘Around half view homosexuality in positive and affirmation terms, while others continue to condemn it on Biblical grounds’.

Seems conflicted down to his / her adjectival use.

  • Hamilton

‘Around half view homosexuality in positive and affirmation terms, while others continue to condemn it on Biblical grounds’.

Creo69 feels too many condemn it out of biblical ignorance so he aims to get more haters on line for practical reasons like his demonstrated bigotry and hate. He’s doing a fine job IMHO.

  • Creo69

“You certainly can’t thank yourself or people who think like you do. You work the hate too much and play the victim. That is incompatible with a working democracy or rights for all, not just your protected group whatever it is.”

Actually, yes I can thank myself…and I do (sound of patting on the back)

  • Creo69

“Creo69 feels too many condemn it out of biblical ignorance so he aims to get more haters on line for practical reasons like his demonstrated bigotry and hate. He’s doing a fine job IMHO.”

I didn’t say anything about the bible. Believe me, I fully understand that parents need Santa Clause to keep naughty little boys and girls in line and the rest of us need the bible to keep the simple minded on the straight and narrow. I think religion is a great thing!

  • Hamilton

Creo69 you fit the negative stereotype that homosexuals are bigots intolerant of heterosexuals like a glove. You will go a long way to making a lot more people dislike homosexuals, but I unlike you do believe in free speech for everyone. You are free to continue to make an ass out of yourself. Hate on man!

I have some more bad news for you, anyone full of that much hate does have a religion, they just aren’t smart enough to realize it.

  • Creo69

“stereotype that homosexuals are bigots intolerant of heterosexuals like a glove”

Ding, ding, ding… we have a new victim…the hetrosexualist persecuted by the homo …. cute ;)

I almost forgot white hetros are the victim of every minority that walks the earth.

  • dogbertt

We can end this silly debate quite simply:

Creo69, you’re a gay man teaching Engrishee in Korea. Are you out to your employer or not?

  • Creo69

More education … dogbertt my friend … the term “out” is a bit dated. Now are you asking me if I am 100% honest with my Korean employer about my sexuality. Yep.

  • dogbertt

Interesting … I must have hallucinated when I saw a copy of “Out” magazine earlier this week.

I like your term better, though, “honest about my sexuality”. It implies you are coming clean.

  • dogbertt

I wonder how far that honesty extends though … I mean, do you inform him that you bottom?

(I’m pretty sure that term’s not dated)

  • Creo69

“We can end this silly debate quite simply:”

By the way…who said we are “debating?” I am edurcating your ignorant arse.

  • dogbertt

I guess “edurcating” is a synonym for “rimming” then? Please do keep me update with the gay patois.

  • Creo69

“I wonder how far that honesty extends though … I mean, do you inform him that you bottom?”

hmm … your knowledge is pretty dated in general to be honest (not trying to be critical). Could you clarify what you mean? Maybe with a personal example that will help to clarify? :) If you’re married you could include your wife in the story … or maybe someone outside the marriage would be suitable too. Your wife doesn’t read this blog I am guessing.

  • dogbertt

I admit, my knowledge of pomo homo is entirely second-hand … please do enlighten us in how things are over the rainbow nowadays.

Oh man … you are the gift that just keeps on giving :)

  • dogbertt

Oh, and do they have Grindr in Korea?

  • Creo69

But then again after all this talk about rimming and … what was it? bottoming? with a gay man online I kind think you probably aren’t married after all ;)

  • dogbertt

    :)

  • dogbertt

BTW, speaking of closet cases, I caught the “Los Angeles” episode of Anthony Bourdain’s new series, “Layover”, and was surprised to see he went to a booking club in Koreatown.

  • Hamilton

“Now are you asking me if I am 100% honest with my Korean employer about my sexuality. Yep.”

Were you honest about your feelings for the Children’s parents and all heterosexuals including potentially your employer? After all a good percentage of those children will grow up heterosexual. Do hetero children get your best teaching efforts as well as homosexual children? Somehow I doubt it, haters gonna hate.

“we have a new victim…the hetrosexualist persecuted by the homo”

Not a new victim at all, people like you have been at it for a long time. It’s wrong both ways but you really don’t care about others.

“I almost forgot white hetros are the victim of every minority that walks the earth.”

I didn’t realize you spared minority heteros from your slurs. I think they will be delighted that you will call them parents and not your other bigoted crap. Or do I have that wrong? Nope, didn’t think so. Bigots come in all shapes, ethnic groups, religions and sexual orientations. You have more in common with people who would kill you in the name of religion than you do with me.

You’re a bigot and you seem to revel in it. You’ve definitely begun to change my mind on your community. I don’t think I’ll be able to have a conversation with a homosexual in the future and not think “is this another hater like creo?” You do more damage to your community than 1000 JD’s. That is scary, but hey keep up the hate dude that is the only thing you appear to be good at.

  • Creo69

chatty patty…I am too zonked to read all that let alone even begin to come up with witty entertaining quips for your amusement.

  • dogbertt

BTW, Creo69, I was just busting your balls (so to speak) for the “breeder” remark … I’m not really a homophobic bigot. Agreed that Prop. 8 should be found unconstitutional and was a sad step backward for my state.

  • Creo69

and dogbertt…nothing personal against you :) I got kicked off this blog like 6 years ago but when I saw this posting it was just to tempting to come back and have some fun with the dinosaurs at the Marmot’s Hole. I will be back next year for the annual homophobe post though I think. It’s been fun!

  • dogbertt

I think I seem a little outdated because I’m in the midst of re-reading the “Tales of the City” books — probably before your time…

Anyhoo, welcome back after six years.

  • Hamilton

I wasn’t here six years ago, I’m glad I missed your last hate fest.

  • YangachiBastardo

Most of you “run” little more than the remote on your TV…you need a woman to do the rest

Hello my name’s Jimmy pop and i’m a dumb white guy…

Browned skinned immigrants are a much easier target in just about any country now days with the economy the way it is

That’s where you go wrong, hate of the brownies is not for everybody. In my case blonde, white Eastern European immigrants sit just at the top of my shit list, together with cops, tax inspectors, my lovely neighbours and my dear parents. We all have our idiosincracies i guess, only thing i don’t understand is how you wanna associate generically with “gay” people. I mean to me it is just a personal preference, it would be like me sayin’ i wanna hang out with smoked salmon eaters just cos i happen to like the aforementioned food.

I also wouldn’t so eagerly anticipate the very real demise of the white man, as the new bosses (the Chinese and the Arab man) don’t look that incredibly friendly to minorities in general and not that willing to be “educated” (btw no thank you, it’s already shitty enough to live in the EU, don’t need no N. Korea in my life).

Oh i’m a single dad who always run his own business, sometimes money was really tight, sometimes it was lavish, but i always managed to offer a decent life with some perks to my kid.

  • Jieun K

Just trying to help educate ignorant hetros.

By the way…who said we are “debating?” I am edurcating your ignorant arse.

    Hmm.

Within a span of several decades, some of these androphilic males of a political stripe might attempt to engineer an adoption by the UN of something like the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Homosexuals (CEDAH) which would somehow look like this:

    The States Parties,

Noting that the Charter of the United Nations reaffirms faith in [...] the equal rights of heterosexuals and homosexuals,

    . . .

Determined to implement the principles [...] and, for that purpose, to adopt the measures required for the
elimination of such discrimination in all its forms and manifestations,

    Have agreed on the following:

    . . .

    Interesting times.

  • CactusMcHarris

I wonder if this Creo69 isn’t just a troll because he is the absolute caricature of a gay male. Fits the stereotype to a T, include the flaming 69 in his handle. I’m thoroughly enjoying reading Hamilton kick Creo69′s ass every single time they exchange pleasantries.
