That explains why my computer has been on edge lately.
It’s probably means Chinese cyber attack, North Korea doesn’t even have infrastructure to perform WWW cyber attacks on S.Korean network, if they attempt to do it then they probably will have to perform from China or Japan which is hardly a organized cyber attack. Chinese would perform cyber attacks on Korean networks.
North Korea could certainly conduct cyber attacks from inside the country. To think otherwise is wrong. The country might be poor and lack infrastructure for the vast majority of its people, but when it comes to the elite and ‘special’ units of the military, they have top notch facilities.
