South Korea and Japan are to have a a two-day trilateral summit with China, on Cheju-do today. Meanwhile the UN releases leaks a report claiming that North Korea is trading nuclear technology , “using shell companies and masking techniques” that include criminal networks to sell to Syria, Iran and Myanmar. Naturally, this has prompted North Korea to release a statement just about the same time as the UN leak, claiming that it’s been framed for sinking the Cheonam.
