Apparently, I’ve been quite enigmatic of late. Let me clear a couple of things up. I’m a white male from the Midwest of the USA. Family trees say I’m largely descended from Germany, but with several splashes of French (ㅠㅠ), Swiss, British, maybe Scottish, and who knows from where else “blood.” To the best of my memory, I don’t recall being Chinese or a German ever in my life.
And, to set yuna straight from last week, I’m not married to a “Grace Kim” look-a-like (yet?). I think that might be SomeGuy? In fact, I’m not married.

You could have Chinese in your blood, besides that’s not important anymore. What matters now is you’re mixed race person. In animal kingdom you could have end up isolation.
Anyway, being mixed is no shame, it wasn’t your decision anyway. So you have German, French, Swiss, British and may be Scots bloods in you and you can speak/write English and understand few Korean words, that’s very good start because at least you can make living from Korea.

Sorry to break it to you, sentry but you’re mixed too. If you’re Korean, you’re likely to have some, any, many or all of the following ancestral roots (and you don’t necessarily have to go back all that many centuries either): Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Manchu, Mongol, SE Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, just to name a few.
Don’t cry though, we’re all mongrels. Even I. Learn to it embrace. Genetic diversity brings strength and allows for a greater chance of healthy progeny.

I’m an Asian-American male. I dated close to 30-40 European girls during my long stay over there — and unlike the cows found in the U.S., they were thin, incredibly attractive, and quite intelligent for the most part. Especially the girls from Northern or Eastern Europe. The entire experience actually killed any kind of attraction I ever had for women from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. Continental Europe rules.
But I digress.
I remember getting a lot of hate from local European guys for my hyper-bachelor living when traveling with my girl du jour outside of the major cosmopolitan centers. And many times, even in more tolerant and diverse areas such as Paris, London, and Berlin.
That’s why as far as I’m concerned, white or black guys can give it their best shot in South Korea. It’s a globalized world and men need to sack up and do what they were born to do, or whither away and die.
