It appears that the North and South can occasionally work together. A South Korean helicopter came to the rescue of a North Korean freighter off the coast of Yemen, being stalked by pirates. South Korean snipers in the helicopter fired warning shots at the pirates and drive them off. I guess they (the pirates) were lucky because the helicopter was equipped with machine guns and rockets and would have easily done away with the pirate boat. The North Korean ship, after being led to safety by the helicopter, actually sent out a thank you message. You can rest the rest of the article here.

North Korea, on the other hand, has reported this differently:
“The southern puppet regime ruled by gangleader Lee Myung-bak has once again revealed its cooperation with the US policeman-of-the-world’s imperialist schemes by ordering one of its warmongering capitalist-running-dog helicopters to fire its vicious weapons in the vicinity of a glorious juche freighter sailing peacefully through indisputably international waters, an aggressive act violating our sovereignty that shall not go unpunished!”
That’s my rough translation, anyway.

When can North Korea stop manupulating information about South Korea?
The world is in a mood to discuss the topic if they recognize North Korea as a neclear state as North wants it to be.
Where is North’s final destination?
Well, they are Koreans after all, I have seen both North & South Koreans having lunch/dinner and even work together in overseas.
The S.Koreans also helped a danish boat a few weeks back. They are doing quite a good job it seems.
It’s nice that the South Koreans could protect the NK freighter full of WMD’s (that were purchased with Gaesong slave wages).
