Do they have anyone who can think outside the small Korean box ? They have no idea how to sell to the foreign market.
Before the Olympics, Beijing went on a campaign to get people to stop gobbing on the streets. Can you imagine Seoul trying to stop that, or peeing on the streets ? Respect is earned, not inherited.
