Very civilised behaviour, though many in the UK would have liked to have done that to our Mrs Thatcher.
Korea Herald has report in English:

anyone know about what she was proposing?
#2,
“…railroad the disputed bills…”
Hmm, the GNP has 171 seat while the DP has 82. If the DP isn’t happy about that, then they should have done a better job of running the country before the last elections.
The DP is rapidly alienating the average Korean too with it poor behaviour. I suppose they will try to blame Han-nara for their violence but that won’t certainly will not work in these times. Yes, sure the media bill has problems but then the DP does not have any other good ideas regarding such.
#4,
I guess they underestimated the intelligence of the voters. A few opposition members pretending to be dissidents does not make a government a dictatorship.

Exactly. I’m not a big fan of the GNP, but they won – fair and square, and by a wide margin – and have the mandate to run the country for the time being. Anyone how claims otherwise is just as undemocratic as the shitheads who ran the country until the late 80s/early 90s. Everybody here seems to love democracy as long as their side comes out on top.
#2 & #3 :
if you want to know the reason for Jeon incident is isolated from the media bills issue:

the 69 woman who denies beating her (only shaking her by the hair maybe?) was the mother of one of the victims i heard on the news.
she is a mad & funny character herself who scores *pretty* high on the unpopular scale amongst the average koreans, majority who seem to wish that her mouth should have been beaten up instead, to prevent her from speaking) she shot to fame by writing (or plagiarizing according to some later) “Ilbonun upda” while she was an up-and-coming journalist staying in japan, and then from there, went downhill into cuckoo land which cannot even be described as right wing territory. she lives in her own dimension.
