Organ transplants can logically be distinguished from sex:
1. People with failing organs need transplants in order to survive. People without sex partners can diddle themselves while watching porn.
2. Selling sex doesn’t reduce the availability of freebies, but selling organs may reduce the availability of donors. Unequal access to health care is already enough of a problem. No need to make things worse by allowing Americans to sell their organs.

Selling organs would increase the availability of donors by drawing a lot of people into the “market” for replacement body parts, particularly kidneys. Right now, a lot of people die waiting for organ donations — at the very least, they suffer needlessly while waiting for months and years to work their way up a list.

Prostitution is far more common than most people realize. It’s illegal in California, but widely avail through escort services (cityvibe), craiglist, backpage, massage parlors, strip clubs (VIP room), etc. Look on sugardaddy web sites and you’ll see young girls throwing themselves at wealthy men daily.
Some arrangements are more informal. I’ve personally seen several cases where pretty young women with implants offer to become live-in GF’s in exchange for free rent and a monthly allowance. My buddy’s younger brother paid for the girl’s tuition, living expenses, plus $1200/month allowance and she stayed for 2 years. When she tried to hit him up for $50k, he dumped her.
