I fervently hope for repeal of the regulation prohibiting picking up any foreigner on rainy days, or after 11:30 p.m., where a Korean person or person appearing Korean is visible within 500 meters.

Dy-na-mite! One great leap in branding Seoul the most globalest of global cities. The tourists are queuing up.

Bring back the hapsung cabs. Whatever color they may be is no concern of mine.
