Over at the Korea Herald, me, Brian in Jeollanam-do, Michael Hurt, and Nathan of Korea Beat chose our top stories of 2008.

Now, a quick note — all the picks were foreigner-related, and I made my choices in large part based on comment totals, although some made the list simply because I found them interesting/amusing/significant. Also, there is no particular order.
