Sorry, but weren’t the black 모범 taxis created to be special taxis for foreign tourists? is the government now admitting that they are a failure (since most drivers do not know more English than the regular cab drivers) and starting again? Will the new foreigner taxis be more expensive than the old foreigner taxis?
How about all taxis carrying maps that both parties can point to in case of misunderstanding? I don’t think non-Korean speakers necessarily want to shoot the shit with the taxi drivers. They just want the guys to know the difference between Sinchon and Sincheon.
