It is too bad the author could not find a more productive channel for their work because this is just pointless criticism.

Why am I not surprised the above commenter does not appreciate the value of pointless criticism? To call someone a fuckstick would be pointless and critical, but I’m sure the person who was called a fuckstick would demonstrate the value of ‘pointless criticism’ by being offended. Such inflexibility of mind strikes me that of someone beyond middle-aged.
