I just got this in an email from one of my contacts at Democrats Abroad:
I’m still planning to do the voter registrations and have scheduled a meeting of DAK Pusan Chapter for 29 May 1200 - 1:30 and the United Seamans Service Center on Pier 8.
I believe the Seamans’ Service Center is near Busan Station. They will be at the Center several more times during the summer.
BTW, that voter registration project will be a bi-partisan thing as soon as we can find some Republicans to join them.

I would recommend against the Seamens’Service Centers near Busan Station as: 1) the area is regularly patrolled by police; 2) the area is over priced; and 3) the girls are around you mom’s age.
The Seamans club behind Pusan Station is at Pier 3.. the one at Pier at 8 is a much smaller, harder to find location towards Pusan Univeristy of Foreign Studies.
Democrats Abroad is also registering voters every Saturday in May and June from 10-4 in front of the Starbucks near Itaewon Station, for those who live in the Seoul area.
