wow, RJK! Is the caption contest going to become a regular feature on the Marmot’s hole?

Bush: “What’s with these protester? Do they want me to send more troop to Iraq or bomb Pyeongyang?”

LMB: “No, no, no…What makes you think that?”

Bush: “They keep calling me a “pussy”.”

I saw 2MB’s interview with the lovely Anjali Rao on CNN yesterday and he comes across as a fairly decent, dedicated guy who has strong ambitions for the country. (Sure, he’s got some skeletons in his closet but he answered all questions even the tough few which was commendable).

For the most part, I like the direction he’s leading the country and it’s good to see a South Korean and US President walking alongside like buddies. It’s been a while.

Be interesting to know just what they were talking about.

…as a sidenote I saw a picture on Reuters on the weekend that showed the two of them in a golf cart, Lee driving and Bush holding the side of the cart as if the Korean pres were driving just a little on the fun/dangerous side… it is good to see two world leaders like this.

I saw that one too. Marmot should have that one as a caption contest! :)

I think IMB is a good bloke. A man’s man, if you like.
Bush is an idiot, his father was far smarter (though I didn’t like him, at least he was an intelligent guy).

LMB is far from perfect, but he worked to get where he is today. Bush is just an idiot from a rich family.

I really hope that LMB can repair the damage that Roh and his NK lackeys have created between the US and Korea.

A peaceful vibe between NE Asia and the US (+Europe) is in everyone’s interests. LMB is an engaging person, and hopefully he can heal rifts between the US and Japan. I’m not holding my breath, but he is a capable leader.

When the Bush ‘problem’ is over, the HOS here can hopefully work in a productive manner with POTUS, and others.
