On a more serious note, what the hell was South Korean foreign minister blathering on about pre-emptive strikes for? It's pretty bloody obvious if the ROK has intel that they were about to get nuked they wouldn't sit on their backsides... is it really necessary to point this out at a sensitive time in inter-Korean relations?</description>
