Ok, I have never heard of “huffing” influencing someone to do such a sin-sick act. The man is scum of the Earth, plain and simple.
From the Korea Times
“While driving, I tried to pat their heads with affection, but they resisted. So, I killed them”
As quoted by a police officer. Bizarre.
Why do the Korean police let these sickos hide their faces? So they can get out in ten or fifteen years and do it again without anyone recognizing them? Maybe, if the police let people see the guy’s face, they would get some tips on other crimes he may have committed.
Why does the Korean media hide these bastards faces? Why do they consider the rights of a criminal more important the safe well being of the population? What is wrong with the system here? Will the new president make some positive changes in this shady area? Seriously, Korea needs to follow US’s lead in these types of cases…
