There’s plenty of bigots in Canada to be found, Bipolar. Try not to slip into the erroneous ‘we’re such a nice society, but America is so racist’ warm sweater we Canadians like to put on and pat ourselves on the back with.

In general, it appears that most Koreans can be bigots because they were, and really still are in fact, victims. At least in their own eyes.

Everyone else can not be bigots because no other nation has had such a tragic history as Korea/Koreans has/have had.

Not to mention they are kind, friendly, warm-hearted, peace loving, innocent people who have never done anything to cause anyone harm in anyway.

When it comes to criticizing anything about Korea/Koreans, it is the outsiders who are always the bigots.

For example, if a white/black American says Koreans are stealing jobs from Americans, he’s a racist and Koreans hate him.

A Korean guy says that he hates white guys because they are stealing Korean women, he’s a patriot not a racist.

In the end, what happened is pathetic and tragic. I feel bad for the family.

Unfortunetly, I have to also be grateful that an American or foreign “white” or “black” guy who isn’t a soldier didn’t do it. We all know what would probably happen, don’t we?

I have a bias against Americans, especially bigoted ones.

So wait a second… You can be bigoted, but Americans can’t? That just doesn’t make any logical sense. I would think that the bigoted Americans would be the least offensive to you, rather than the most. After all, you’re on the same page as them, so to speak.

My prediction is that this latest piece of shit will blame Korea’s imperfect society for his problems. Serial killers, washed up baseballers/murderers, and historical monument burners these days all seem to have something in common: Korean society is somehow to blame for them being assholes. (Not saying the place is perfect, but…)

I’m in debt! I never got into SNU! I don’t drive a Grandeur! I have trouble getting laid! Somehow that gives somebody the licence to murder people? I liked it better a few years back when a lot of these guys would just jump into the Han River and not feel the need to ruin other families’ lives along the way.
