Oh, the hazy memories. Anyone else remember that ridiculous parade a few years ago?
I know I’ll be enjoying my green beer…
my photo’s of last year’s Daehangno Parade and Festival, ridiculous in the fun way, are up at:

Good weather is predicted for Saturday — let’s hope there’s little yellow-dust and lots of black-Guinness!!
A Word to the Wise: If you are seriously planning to attend the St. Patrick’s (mega) Hooley featuring Guinness on Saturday night, by all means get your RSVP into Buck Mulligan’s in the Seoul Finance Centre (Tel. 02-3783-0004, E-mail. kmk8463@nate.com)
When the Westin Chosun Hotel closed O’Kims two months ago, we lost our best venue for the event. The second best was where the annual Irish Association Hooley began six years ago, Buck Mulligans. We left Buck’s primarily due to size - and attendance has only continued to grow. Consequently, we anticipate a lot of folks who do not book ahead will be turned away at the door.
You only pay the W50,000 when you show up, but your name should be on booking list. You get all the Guinness and other beverages you can drink, lots of finger food, multiple live bands and arrangements have been made to watch at midnight the Six Nations face off between the national rugby teams of Ireland and Saxony - I mean, England.
Rock on Tom Coyner!
(or Leper Con, if you will…)
6. 17th March, 2:00am; Riot at Helios!
