Thought I’d share some feeds from some weekly jaunts in and around Seoul. This set was taken from Changdukgung Palace and Bongeunsa Temple. The latter remains one of my favorites - a disarmingly peaceful place. The set can be viewed here. Comments - good and/or bad are most welcome.

“As per request, I shall refrain from all political banter from here on in and instead offer in its place, a weekly dose of visual insight to Seoul’s impressively dynamic offerings.”
Oh shucks!
Political banter gets a better response. And Robert and sanshinseon ably handle the temples & pictures. Shift fire. Recipes? Auto maintenance? Home brewing?
Some of these shots are very good. They make me want to try my hand at doing some night shots there. I love the lacebark pine they have there as well.
Great pics!!
Did you ever try bongeungsa during the paper lantern festival?
That’s around Buddha’s birthday.
Thank you. I did visit the temple during the lantern festival. I’ll try posting a few.
