(9:36 pm) Less sunshine, and yet a brighter place: two hours and twenty-four minutes from now, the wonderful irony will begin.

Unfornuately we dont have a George Washington of Korea. Are choices are 1. liberal faggot with sunshine policies and god knows what else, 2. corrupt neo-cons.

But look at what Roh did. This sorry ass liberal started a Sunshine policy with the most dangerous regime in the world. Its like Britain throwing parties for the Nazi’s during WW2.

Lee might be corrupt but atleast he’s competent.

    #6,

Actually, that was Kim Dae Jung. Roh simply continued it.

PS. Read up on Kim Dae Jung and the scandal surrounding the North Korean summit.

Can you PLEASE find a bigger version of the little picture in this BBC article?

It’s a picture of some government officials taking down a Roh presidential portrait and replacing it with a Lee one. I want it as my wallpaper, and possibly tattooed on my chest.

Turned my television on koam tv and saw a huge overblown celebration for what looked like an presidential inauguration. I couldn’t tell for sure, there were no subtitles supplied. But I couldn’t believe that one single public servant was being treated like a God. If this was the inauguration, is this done every time a president is elected? Does anyone know?
