It is somewhat similar to the attempts on the part of the British Government to push the public towards acceptance of the same there. I do not think it will work because Americans are far more ornery than Brits and have this real aversion to having numbers put upon their foreheads, so to speak. It seems so concerned and caring. It's so contrary to the actual personna. "Shut up, grandma. You have a gripe, go to the blog. In the meantime bend over." I find it hard to believe they pore over all the comments, analyze them and fine-tune their treatment of passengers accordingly. I got a feeling it's like a placebo. It helps to placate the disgruntled while continuing to keep the guys and gals with the latex gloves insulated. They're not really doing anything about the complaints, they've just got a some fiction writer who pretends be taking it all in. It wouldn't be that hard.
