Fit Magazine has published a term for physiques like hers: “skinny fat”, ie. the appearance of being slim without any underlying cardiovascular or muscular structure to support physical health.

I can’t recall ever hearing a fellow ex-pat or Korean use adjective or anything that would translate to that adjective in Korea.

uh…i think she would garner at least a second glance while waiting in line at the dunkin donuts. as for a third, i’d probably be more distracted by the prospect of trying out a green-tea custard bismark, which she could use a few more of, at the very least to stuff her bra with.
