Per the AP, An editorial in North Korea’s three major state-run newspapers urged the United States on Tuesday to abandon its “hostile” policies and proposed closer economic ties with South Korea under its president-elect, Lee Myung-bak. The JoongAng Ilbo is more optimistic in its assessment of such.
