    Mark Grubbs (who is also my coworker by the way) makes an interesting point: usually the students are more dangerous than the teachers (Cho Seung Hui, etc), so give the teachers a medical exam, but examine all the students too. I have to admit, I’ve questioned the mental health of my students too, especially when they ask you for an “A” after skipping out on their final exam. (wtf!)
