It seems that a presidential amnesty is coming soon.  All beneficial-to-the-country-crooks welcomed.

    Don’t they already have Buddha’s B-Day and 8/15 to free rich and connected crooks? More recently the heads of certain Korean corporations haven’t even needed a special holiday to escape justice. Another kick in the balls to the average Korean.

    Roh might have to grant amnesty to LMB before the latter can take office.

    Wait - first prosecutors with something like integrity would have to act. Never mind, wrong country.
