I hesitateted, thninking of 개방대(Literally Open univ.. Knowing too much was a poison to me. I don’t know its legal entity though I looke up for 개방대 at http://www.klaw.go.kr . ).

And good information on the use of KNOU’s LLB title.

Even some politicians with LLB from top universities go to KNOU to learn more or maybe to get great, great numbers of alumni. Let me example one. Mr. 정인봉 is a KNOU alumnus.
