Rachel Han’s boobs have been huge since she’s been in the business back in the late 90s, well before either of the foto-grafs above were taken.
Which means the picture of her on that there left (with obvious flat chest) is an illlusion.
The logic pans out; QED. You have no reason to despair.

Fake boobies are real enough for me as long as they don’t look like flesh-coloured cantaloupes.
Some of those women looked pretty darn skinny in the “before” shots. One of the amazing things about Korean women is the transformations they undergo, from chubby high school student, to skinny college student, to average again after marriage, and then, fairly plump ojumas. In comparison, American women seem to get gradually larger. Korean pre-marriage dating rituals are kind of interesting - the women get plastic surgery, lose weight to look good - the men seem to really put on the chivalry, buy lots of presents. Both put on a good show, basically. Then after marriage, women gain the weight, men focus on work. I suppose people in every culture want to give a good impression, but here it seems magnified.

Han Chae Young will always be gorgeous in my eyes, ever since I knew her when she was living in the suburbs of Chicago. But boy did those augmentations help her.
I was so distraught that I did some internet searching for Han and it looks like the big boobie pics are consistent across the board, even for as early as 2000. Also, any truth the news that she’s actually a native of Chicago (born and raised) and her real name is Rachel Kim?

Besides, breast enlargements were not really all that popular in Korea in the 90’s. Even nowadays, for Han’s case, the show producers had to get her clothes that kinda hid her boobs. I’d have to say that D cups are not really an asset for Korean women in show business just yet, so why do them? However, times are changing…

Sometimes the clothes, position of the body and the angles make that part of the body look smaller then actual.
I was referring to Kim Hye-soo, but in any case, there is no way that side shot of her in 2000 could mask D-cups. She’s not flat-chested in that first link, but she’s not huge, either. Your second link didn’t work. As for hiding Han’s boobies, didn’t she make waves with some famous scene of her bikini-clad bod swimming in a pool?
I don’t know who’s dumber - women who get implants or guys who can’t tell the difference between a B-cup and a D-cup. If men can’t tell the difference anyway, why bother?
