   I’m surprised to find they are using a digital camouflage pattern on their uniform, I did not know the Georgians were doing that. On the other hand, I have to laugh at their masks… you can tell they were not designed to fit with their riot helmets, so they look all cock-eyed.

   Can’t connect to Registan from Russia, except through a proxy. Who is doing the blocking—Registan or Russia? Anyone else have any problems?

   Maybe tracert will give a hint for it. Try it.

   I like guess.
   It says “on this server”(You don’t have permission to access /index.php/2007/11/07/the-rose-reversal/ on this server.). “this” is unclear, but maaybe I think “this server” is the word said by the part accessed. So, http://www.registan.net may have blocked being accessed from Russia.
