		<description>Less news than before will get out from Burma from now on, probably since they will start &lt;a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/04/world/asia/04info.html?pagewanted=2&#38;_r=1&#38;hp" rel="nofollow"&gt;blocking more of the internet&lt;/a&gt; coming out of the country.  That will not stop all information from getting out though.</description>
