So now they are shutting down their plutonium facility and still have not declared their HEU program or made any plans to dismantle the nuclear weapons they already have. I'll get excited when they agree to that. As it stands now it will just take them a little bit longer than last time to get Yongbyon up an operating again when the eventual backing out of this agreement happens.
