Families of DMZ Shooting Spree Victims Claim North Korean Attack

Well, this is weird.

You’ll remember the 2005 incident at a DMZ guard post in Yeoncheon when Pvt. Kim Dong-min flipped out and killed eight of his fellow soldiers with a rifle and a hand grenade.

Well, following their own investigation, the families of the victims are now claiming that the whole thing was a Defense Ministry coverup, and that the soldiers were killed while on maneuvers by a North Korean attack.

Making it odder is that the families of the victims held their press conference with the father of Pvt. Kim, who has been sentenced to death for the massacre. Kim’s father said his son still claims to have done it, despite listening to the results of the families’ investigation. The father added that he couldn’t understand why his son is admitting to the crime despite the lack of evidence or witnesses.

Perhaps because he did it?

I can appreciate that the families involved are grief sticken - hey, I was willing to cut the otherwise despised at the Marmot’s Hole Cindy Sheehan a little slack on such grounds - but the conspiracy theories in Korea seem to be at an X-Files level. (Then again, when you have summits for cash, university professorship for nookie, chaebol bosses who are immune from punishment and stay in their jobs, and K-Pop enjoying a near-monopoly over Korea’s airwaves, maybe there’s something to it…)

    No witnesses
Well because they are all dead!!!

    And it’s in the DMZ.

    Go figure.

Maybe some American was in the vicinity and should be put on trial for it???

This might sound terrible, and I don’t mean to suggest that the families involved aren’t completely heartbroken over this tragedy, but could the potential for government compensation be a possible motive here?

What I want to know is who was REALLY behind the Kim Hyun Hee/KAL 858 bombing. My guess — it was those communist Jews in the Vatican…
