Later it will be revealed yet again how KJI conned the US out of truckloads of cash and fuel, etc. only to be found to have played us for suckers once again. And if that's not enough, they can make more of those superbills of theirs. as an aside: to rjkoehler.com... perhaps you know it, but this new layout is messed up. Maybe you are working on it...
