No Human Rights, No Nukes, But Plenty of Peace Talk

Human rights might be off the agenda, and nukes won’t be a priority, but fear not — President Roh plans to discuss a lasting peace regime on the Korean Peninsula during his upcoming summit with Kim Jong-il.

    Discussing “Korean” peace but not DPRK denuclearization is sort of like discussing your plan to have children but ignoring your infertility issues.
