Do You Know This Man?

Do you know this man (see photo)? He’s been in a hospital in Busan for the last eight months since undergoing emergency brain surgery. He’s unable to communicate, and nobody seems to know who he is, although many suppose him to be a Russian sailor.

    If I know him do I get stuck with his hospital bill? Or is it just bed pan duty?

    Did the article say anything about having notified foreign embassies of this man? Since he is a foreigner getting some English, French, German, Russian media (newspaper) exposure would be helpful.

    Hope he gets found by his family soon.

    “poor bastard” is right. if only he were an NIS operative he’d get the exposure needed to find out his identity.
