    In other words, the Roh government might be trying to cover its ass now that it knows it probably won’t win the next elections.

    This may also be a sneak attack on the existing sedition laws, by undermining their effectiveness.

    Regardless of such, this is a demeaning and cowardly way to enact social or legal change.
