		<description>Though I'm not generally given to conspiracy theorizing, the timing of this "mysterious" outage &lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt; rather suspicious, coming on the heels as it did of an abysmal first half attributed largely to a global DRAM glut that sharply drove down prices.

On the other hand, it seems too obvious for precisely the same reason. They couldn't be that obtuse... could they?</description>
