I was educated recently that male to female transsexuals these days want to keep their penis.
I suppose ROK army was going to send this man to the army for having a penis. Claiming that he was still a male.
And I suppose this transsexual was trying to dodge the army by saying he is now a female.
Ultimately, there will be a case in the ROK where penis or no penis, somebody will get excused from the army by claiming he is a she now.

There is a case of a man to female who had a vagina made for him, is on hormone replacement, and retained his penis.
