Ah…
Welcome to Nuh Juh Jee Gu.
Anthony Bourdain did a bit about this in the New Jersey episode of “No Reservations.”
really nothing to look at structurally, but taste passes the test.
Haven’t been there since the early 80’s, and there was already a strong Korean presence. Reckon this happens when trends continue over a long period of time. Have to check it out this October.
I live near Pal Park and gotta sat the guy did a nice and thorough job of covering the area.
There is also a Mitsuwa Japanese shopping/food mall in Edgewater, which is about 10 min from Pal Park by car. He should cover that also.
