But if it wants to come out to the international society, it is inevitable to utilize the Internet, first of all.

This seems like a good choice to me. My cousin came out to the international community on the Internet, even before he came out to his parents. At least North Korea doesn’t have to worry about getting kicked out of the house.

“Using of the domain suffix indicates that North Korea is now ready to jump into the ocean of information and it wants to prepare for the change,” Koh, the professor, said.

“Writing of the article of news is sometimes difficult, but with our noble spirit, we shall be prevailing,” Cho, the reporter, said.

“The opening can only be possible when the political climate gets warmer in the Korean peninsular. If the North Korea-U.S. relations improves, reforms and opening will follow.’

Somehow, I don’t think that the countries on the North American continental will be too open to improving relations prior to reforms and opening.

Seriously, does the KT even have copy editors anymore?
