Actually, that kid looks pretty cute in that imperial army uniform, which may be part of the irony. I wonder if some enterprising Japanese organization makes it a Boyscout uniform…
Regarding Putin. 10-15 years ago all that flab was actually muscle. I heard Putin was a black belt in Karate and Judo, both being popular KGB past times…
