It really doesn’t matter. Ministers are just faces. It’s the deputy ministers who do all the work.
Roh must have a record for replacing ministers and top officials–it’s his way to get his pals gov’t pensions.
Every country with elected leaders has to have some sort of system for paying back those that financed your way to the big office.
does anybody know why? The stated reasons and the actual reasons? All this conspiratorial speculation is amusing but what’s the real deal?
Just rotating faces-in-seats before the party ends, we can suppose…
