The NYT ran a piece on “the Children of Darkness,” including urban explorer/photographer Miru Kim, who in addition to being keen, apparently, to photographing herself (sans, ahem, protective coverings) in dark and dank urban environments, is also the daughter of philosopher and TV personality Do’ol Kim Yong-ok.

I can excuse her kind of pretentious explanation for running around nekkid like that because she’s, well, ’cause she’s nekkid, that’s why.

I think the artistic intent is a failure, because I was not drawn to the message she wanted me as a viewer to focus upon.
“nice butt” was what I focused upon.
For Christ’s sake, it’s Do’ol’s daughter! Have you no shame!
With or without nakedness, those are great shots. It’s as if they are too perfect, so much so that they appear artificial, as if they were taken from a computer game. ‘Organized chaos’ would be one way to describe them.
Do-ol is one of my favorite Koreans… way cool… Didn’t know this artist is his daughter! Thanks
Didn’t realize she was Do’ol’s daughter, either. Must have been too busy staring at her butt.

Must be because if she was bald, she’d be a spitting image of her dad.
Ju-on.
