Only 1/6 of Koreans in Philippines Properly Documented

This is odd — the Philippine Star reports that there are some 240,000 Korean nationals in the Philippines, but only a sixth of them are properly documented. Apparently, most of the illegals are involved in retail businesses in major cities.

On Saturday, I paid a visit to the Ttukdo Water Service Museum, formally Seoul Waterworks, Korea’s first modern water treatment facility*.

Everybody’s Doing It

Another KF-16 Crash

A ROKAF KF-16D(pic below) crashed into the West(Yellow) Sea yesterday during a nightime training mission. The ROKAF dispatched a transport and two helicopters to the area in order to search for survivors, but still no sign of the two pilots.
