This is the epitome of frivolous. Hopefully the judge will either throw the case out or hit Pearson with the judgement that he has to pay all court costs and those of the defendents for this mockery of justice.

Legal fees are really hurting the couple. It seems as if Pearson is using the popular lawyer’s tactic of out spending the Chungs to get a favorable settlement. The Chungs have set-up a web site for donations to cover their legal fees, which are quite extensive. It’s here for anyone interested:
