There are several Japanese colonial era buildings on the coast, and I hope they will be preserved. Folks here are not as anti-Japanese as they are elsewhere. I'll have to seek out that church. Guryongpo has a new church, so I assume the one in the article is no longer used, although the building may stilll be owned by the Church. Living in Pohang, I find this very exciting.
