I wasn’t aware that 화산고 was dubbed by rappers. I think that kind of disconnect could make for a lot of fun. How was it?
At the risk of stating the obvious, it looks like Koreans don’t like chicks in the posters, while foreigners do. Anyone have any idea why?
Another obvious thing is that just putting up the faces of famous Korean actors will not drum up much business outside of Korea.
For non-Korean viewers, you need to sell the story (or sex).
That was pretty interesting. The difference between posters for the first movie—The Host—was downright surreal…judging by the posters alone, looks like a family comedy vs. a sci-fi horror movie.
Localized posters of foreign films were also interesting
