I’ll believe it when I see it. This ‘Robocop’ armor resurfaces in the news every few years or so, basically whenever it looks like American soldiers will be stuck abroad for a while.

Last time I read about this each soldier had to carry 60 lbs of batteries to power their smart armor. If the exoskeleton doesn’t work out maybe each soldier will be assigned a Sherpa “battle buddy” to carry the load? Or we could just hire a few thousand Ghurkas and sort out the mess in short measure. Everyone flees when the Ghurkas show up.
