You confuse a vote for Jean Marie Le Pen as a vote in support for his policies. If it wasn’t for the French electors’ traditional mistrust of big political parties and their penchant for protest votes, Le Pen would have had a very short political career (apparently, its now on its last leg).

I’ve seen hundreds of French movies, if not thousands. Most of them aren’t gems. To put it in terms you’ll understand: watch Jerry Lewis’s two French movies back to back.
